No es porque haga mucho tiempo que no preparo pan, al contrario, amaso pan todas las semanas porque en casa nos gusta desayunar con tostadas y nos gusta el pan casero, delicioso, sin conservantes, sin ingredientes raros, harina, agua, sal, levadura, masamadre.<\/p>\n<p>A veces tambi\u00e9n hago panes enriquecidos (con leche vegetal y manteca vegetal o aceite), de hecho, hace rato que tengo ganas de subir mi receta de Brioche veganizada. Pero en esta oportunidad les traigo este pan delicioso, h\u00famedo y con mucho sabor. Lleva nuez y pasas de uva rubias y queda espectacular tostado, con manteca de casta\u00f1as o semillas, o con una deliciosa mermelada, o bien con un queso blanco de girasol&#8230;<br \/>\nOjo, que si te gustan las combinaciones dulce-salado, queda delicioso con tomates secos y aceite de oliva, o con una buena palta madura pisada con lim\u00f3n y sal&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>En fin, se trata de un pan muy especial.<\/p>\n<p>Me inspir\u00e9 en una receta de Anna Bellsola, pero hice algunos ajustes. Ella usa pasta fermentada, yo us\u00e9 masamadre. Ella usa 50% de harina de centeno y 50% de harina de trigo, yo us\u00e9 25% de harina de centeno, 25% de harina integral y 50% de harina de trigo blanca. Otra modificaci\u00f3n es que yo lo hice al molde y en su receta ella forma un torpedo.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2427\"
