Al escuchar su nombre, cualquiera pensar\u00eda que est\u00e1 mal escrito, &#8220;a LA caf\u00e9&#8221; en lugar de &#8220;AL caf\u00e9&#8221;. Pero es que esta no es una receta que lleve caf\u00e9 (qu\u00e9 raro ser\u00eda usar caf\u00e9 para un plato salado, no?). En realidad esta receta se llama as\u00ed porque era el plato estrella de un restaurante que se llamaba &#8220;Caf\u00e9 de Par\u00eds&#8221;, entonces, &#8220;A LA Caf\u00e9 de Par\u00eds&#8221;, vendr\u00eda a ser algo as\u00ed como el plato de la casa.<\/p>\n<p>La clave de este plato consiste en cocinar las presas de pollo \ud83d\ude41 en una salsa de ketchup y crema. Pap\u00e1 lo serv\u00eda con papas al horno como guarnici\u00f3n -esa puede ser una buena opci\u00f3n-, tambi\u00e9n queda bien con pur\u00e9 de papas, con una buena pasta o con arroz, como lo presentamos en esta ocasi\u00f3n que, dicho sea de paso, es una de nuestras recetas fuertes de <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/comida-internacional-vegana\/\">Comida Internacional Vegana<\/a>, nuestro segundo libro.<\/p>\n<h5>C\u00d3MO REEMPLAZAR EL POLLO<\/h5>\n<p>Hay varias opciones y todas quedan bien porque las he probado en diferentes versiones:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hongos ostra o G\u00edrgolas<\/li>\n<li>No-pollo: <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/no-pollo-deshilachado\/\">aqu\u00ed la receta para hacerlo<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Soja texturizada (formato churrasquitos)<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/churrasquitos-de-seitan\/\">Seit\u00e1n<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Nuestras deliciosas <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/albondigas-veganas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">meatballs<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Tofu prensado, tal cual te lo ense\u00f1amos <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/nuggets-de-tofu\/\">ac\u00e1<\/a>, pero sin empanar!<\/li>\n<li>Tempeh<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En este caso us\u00e9 no-pollo y lo serv\u00ed con arroz blanco.<\/p>\n<h5>C\u00d3MO REEMPLAZAR LA CREMA:<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/queso-de-tofu\/\">Queso de tofu<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/vegan-cream-cheese\/\">Crema de soja<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/leche-de-coco\/\">Crema de coco<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Tofu sedoso procesado<\/li>\n<li>Yogur natural de coco (como el que usamos <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/pan-naan\/\">ac\u00e1<\/a>)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En este caso yo us\u00e9 crema de soja.<\/p>\n<p>Es un plato que se hace s\u00faper r\u00e1pido y queda muy sabroso.
