Hace tiempo que ten\u00eda ganas de crear una secci\u00f3n que no fueran recetas sino m\u00e1s bien ideas. Es decir, combinaciones de ingredientes que dan buenos resultados, pero que no necesariamente se tienen que hacer al pie de la letra. Esto se debe a que gran parte de mi cocina es as\u00ed, al TUN TUN (como dir\u00eda mi mam\u00e1) un poco de esto, otro poco de aquello y ya, el resultado nunca es el mismo porque no hay f\u00f3rmulas exactas y creo que es la mejor manera de aprender a cocinar con lo que hay.<\/p>\n<p>Si me pongo a medir y a pesar ingredientes es porque quiero crear recetas para ustedes, mis queridos seguidores, pero si por mi fuera no tendr\u00eda ni balanza ni medidores. Pongo todo a ojo y voy probando.<\/p>\n<p>Es un poco raro tener un blog de recetas y no ser usuaria de recetas, me podr\u00e1n decir. Pues bien, yo soy seguidora de blogs de recetas y poseo una gran cantidad de libros de recetas, leyendo recetas aprendo y me inspiro, pero seguir una receta al pie de la letra me da mucha fiaca, me aburre.<\/p>\n<p>Bien, para todos aquellos que son como yo, que aman cocinar o buscan inspiraci\u00f3n en libros y blogs, pero que despu\u00e9s hacen las cosas como les da la real gana, es que cre\u00e9 esta secci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Es solo inspiraci\u00f3n y la prueba de que ciertos ingredientes o productos quedan bien juntos, es el disparador para ver qu\u00e9 hacer con ese poquito que te sobr\u00f3 de una cosa y ese otro poquito que ten\u00e9s de otra.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2483\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/burger-seitan02.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Espero que les guste y les parezca divertido.<\/p>\n<p>Ahora bien, les voy a contar c\u00f3mo cre\u00e9 estas espectaculares hamburguesas mezclando sobras que hab\u00eda en la heladera.<\/p>\n<p>Por un lado, ten\u00eda un poco del <strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/pate-ahumado\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">pat\u00e9 de porotos rojos<\/a><\/em><\/strong> que sub\u00ed hace muy poco, aproximadamente una taza. Tambi\u00e9n ten\u00eda unos trozos de <strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/seitan\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">seit\u00e1n<\/a><\/em><\/strong> que me hab\u00edan quedado de otra comida. Hab\u00eda preparado <strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/berenjenas-rebozadas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">milanesas de berenjena<\/a><\/em><\/strong> y me hab\u00eda sobrado panko y la liga (noooooooo, no lo tir\u00e9).<\/p>\n<p>Mezcl\u00e9 todo eso, algunos condimentos y para unir, fui agregando gluten de trigo hasta que me qued\u00f3 una masa. Divid\u00ed la masa en 4 y form\u00e9 las hamburguesas con mi espectacular coso para hacer hamburguesas que me regal\u00f3 mi querid\u00edsima amiga\/hermana menor postiza Flor.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2484\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/burger-seitan03.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Como us\u00e9 gluten para unir, decid\u00ed darles un peque\u00f1o hervor a estas burgers para asegurarme de que el gluten se cocine bien. Las sumerg\u00ed en una olla con agua hirviendo por unos 3 minutos y luego las grill\u00e9 como lo hacemos con cualquier hamburguesa. Quedaron incre\u00edbles.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2485\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/burger-seitan04.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Resumiendo:<\/p>\n<p>El pat\u00e9 tiene porotos y piment\u00f3n ahumado, as\u00ed que pod\u00e9s usar eso directamente.<br \/>\nEl seit\u00e1n molido lo pod\u00e9s reemplazar por soja texturizada, por lentejas, por hongos, por tempeh, por tofu, por nueces.<br \/>\nLa liga de las milanesas y el panko pod\u00e9s no usarlo, yo lo us\u00e9 porque me hab\u00eda sobrado y esto quiz\u00e1s te hace acordar la pr\u00f3xima vez que hagas algo rebozado, de no tirar las sobras y convertirlas en algo m\u00e1s. Est\u00e1 bueno, si no us\u00e1s esto, que agregues a las hamburguesas ajo y perejil picado.<br \/>\nPor \u00faltimo el gluten, pod\u00e9s reemplazarlo por harina y si no quer\u00e9s consumir gluten, pod\u00e9s usar harina de garbanzos o almid\u00f3n de ma\u00edz.<\/p>\n<p>Les paso la NO-receta, la idea, las cantidades son aproximadas y ning\u00fan ingrediente es obligatorio, los reto a que experimenten armarlas con lo que tengan en la heladera. Se puede hacer hamburguesa de casi todo!
