La previa de remojar y hervir los porotos lleva tiempo en s\u00ed pero, adem\u00e1s, hay que combinar m\u00ednimo tres ingredientes para que tengan BUEN SABOR. Porque si no, siempre es m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil caer en las de soja congeladas que venden en cualquier supermercado. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bueno, el paso de remojar y hervir los porotos no me lo puedo ahorrar, pero s\u00ed les prometo que estas hamburguesas son f\u00e1ciles de armar y, en relaci\u00f3n tiempo-trabajo-sabor son un diez.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2545\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/aduki-burger02.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Los porotos conviene remojarlos durante toda la noche y hervirlos al otro d\u00eda, previo cambio de agua, hasta que est\u00e9n tiernos. Yo us\u00e9 aduki que, claramente, se pueden cambiar por garbanzos, lentejas o lo que quieran. Los ingredientes que yo considero INAMOVIBLES son: la cebolla morada, la zanahoria, el perejil (o cilantro) y los condimentos (piment\u00f3n, aj\u00ed molido, sal y pimienta, mostaza). Despu\u00e9s, la taza de pan rallado puede reemplazarse por avena molida o semillas de lino molidas y harina de almendras, si quieren que, adem\u00e1s de libres de crueldad, sean libres de
