Cu\u00e1n mala puede ser una legumbre?<br \/>\nRecordemos tambi\u00e9n que en pa\u00edses como China y Jap\u00f3n se consume hace milenios, si fuese tan mala como dicen, no ser\u00edan estos los pa\u00edses con peor salud del mundo?<\/p>\n<p>La importancia est\u00e1 en la calidad, es importante consumir soja org\u00e1nica y no transg\u00e9nica, por eso les recomiendo que hagan esta leche solo si consiguen porotos de calidad. Tambi\u00e9n se sabe que es mejor consumirla fermentada, esto es en forma de tempeh, miso, tofu fermentado, salsa de soja fermentada, por nombrar algunos ejemplos, la fermentaci\u00f3n hace que la soja sea m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil de digerir.<br \/>\nYo por mi lado consumo siempre soja org\u00e1nica, no GMO, la consumo moderadamente y siempre que puedo la consumo fermentada.<\/p>\n<p><em>Para todos los que hablan mal de la soja pero consumen l\u00e1cteos y carne, les digo: Ustedes consumen la peor soja, queridos amigos, la gen\u00e9ticamente modificada, la soja del horror, lamentablemente las vacas, pollos, cerdos y animales criados para consumo se alimentan de esta soja, as\u00ed que les mando besos a todos.<\/em> :O<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2565\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/leche-de-soja02.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Esta leche es muy f\u00e1cil de hacer, queda de una consistencia cremosa. Para hacer un litro de leche us\u00e9 una taza de porotos (medida en crudo), son aproximadamente 170 gramos de porotos. Pueden probar hacerla con menos cantidad, pero resultar\u00e1 una leche m\u00e1s aguada.<br \/>\nLos porotos deben dejarse en remojo durante toda la noche, al d\u00eda siguiente se prepara la leche as\u00ed, con los porotos remojados pero crudos y luego de filtrada se cocina, unos 20 minutos a fuego lento. Listo!<\/p>\n<h1>Ades, qui\u00e9n te conoce?<\/h1>\n<p>Prometo pronto alguna receta con el bagazo, queda bastante cantidad, pero a\u00fan no prepar\u00e9 nada con \u00e9l, estoy entre hacer milanesas, class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Colocar en la licuadora con la mitad del agua filtrada (yo lo hice por partes porque no entraba todo en la licuadora), licuar
