Tal vez porque, en lugar de cortarla en porciones, nuestra mam\u00e1 nos dejaba partirla y comer directamente con la mano. Es muy simple, ya que est\u00e1 armada con la uni\u00f3n de muchos rollitos que son f\u00e1ciles de desprender. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">En realidad no es una torta, es m\u00e1s bien un pan. Es una especie de factura gigante. Se amasa, no se bate y, en lugar de polvo de hornear como en cualquier torta, bud\u00edn o bizcochuelo, se usa levadura. Adem\u00e1s, como su nombre lo indica, se amasa bastante \u00a1hay que darle ochenta golpes! Yo la hice con harina de trigo 000 y un poco de levadura, pero tambi\u00e9n la he probado con un poco de harina integral y masa madre y queda muy bien. El secreto es, como en la mayor\u00eda de las recetas, la paciencia. A descargar!<\/h5>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2570\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/80golpes02.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Para reemplazar la receta original, us\u00e9 leche de avena en lugar de leche de vaca -pero se puede usar cualquier otra leche vegetal, incluso agua- y margarina en vez de manteca. De m\u00e1s est\u00e1 decir que si prefieren que sea un poco m\u00e1s saludable, eviten la margarina y usen en cambio aceite de coco. Az\u00facar us\u00e9 org\u00e1nica, pero pueden usar blanca com\u00fan, rubia o mascabo. Tambi\u00e9n pueden agregar pasas o frutas secas si lo desean.
