Por otro lado, hacerla uno mismo puede ser complicado. Al menos a m\u00ed, nunca me sali\u00f3 bien la mayonesa de aquafaba, por nombrar alguna (y mir\u00e1 que lo intent\u00e9 muchas veces!) adem\u00e1s hay que ponerle litros de aceite y eso no es muy saludable que digamos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoy les traigo una receta de mayo infalible, muy f\u00e1cil de hacer, queda perfecta y no lleva aceite! En lugar de aceite, yo us\u00e9 una cucharadita de tahine (pasta de s\u00e9samo) s\u00e9 que es un ingrediente complicado en algunas partes del mundo y a veces un poco caro, por eso es opcional. Pod\u00e9s reemplazarlo con un poco de aceite o directamente no poner nada. Por mi parte creo que le otorga ese brillo y esa textura satinada a la mayonesa, por eso si no us\u00e1s tahine recomiendo que uses al menos un poco de aceite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/vegan-mayo02.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2576\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Porotos de frasco, de lata o secos<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Yo us\u00e9 porotos blancos de frasco, que vienen ya cocidos, pod\u00e9s usar en lata o remojar y cocinar porotos secos. Los que son blancos y alargaditos. Es importante usar la aquafaba (el l\u00edquido de cocci\u00f3n) as\u00ed que si us\u00e1s de frasco o de lata, lo tir\u00e1s as\u00ed como viene a la licuadora. Si los cocin\u00e1s vos, reserv\u00e1 un poco del l\u00edquido de cocci\u00f3n que al enfriarse se pondr\u00e1 m\u00e1s denso.<br \/>Si te gusta mucho la mayonesa, te recomiendo que tengas un par de latas de porotos a mano, para poder prepararla en cuesti\u00f3n de minutos cuando la necesites. El proceso de cocci\u00f3n de los porotos secos lleva mucho m\u00e1s tiempo&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De yapa: Idea! Ensalada de papas, mayo y perejil<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Aqu\u00ed una ensalada contundente, bien saciadora, papas hervidas o al vapor, mayonesa, sal, pimienta y perejil. Deliciosa!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/vegan-mayo04.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2578\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n pod\u00e9s usarla para preparar <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/ensalada-caesar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">esta ensalada<\/a> o <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/ensalada-waldorf\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">this other one<\/a>! O para armar <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/vegan-tartines\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">estos tartines<\/a>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Si, esta mayo resiste el freezer!<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Una de las pruebas que hice fu\u00e9 freezarla, siempre recibo la pregunta de si se puede freezar una u otra receta y a veces no puedo responder, porque no lo prob\u00e9, por eso en esta oportunidad, y como est\u00e1 bueno preparar cantidad y guardar, lo hice y result\u00f3 un \u00e9xito!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si no sos de consumir mucha mayonesa, pero quer\u00e9s tenerla a mano para usarla cuando te den ganas, te recomiendo freezarla en una cubetera. C\u00f3mo as\u00ed? Pues pon\u00e9s cucharaditas de la mayo en una cubetera (mejor si es de silicona, para desmoldar m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil) la llev\u00e1s al freezer hasta congelar, luego desmold\u00e1s y guard\u00e1s en una bolsa para freezer, entonces, cuando quieras prepararte un s\u00e1nguche, simplemente agarr\u00e1s un cubito de mayo y lo dej\u00e1s a temperatura ambiente unos minutitos, listo!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sobre todo digo lo del freezer porque al ser de porotos y no llevar aceite, no dura demasiado tiempo en la heladera. Su duraci\u00f3n es de 1 semana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\"
