{"id":2587,"date":"2017-09-15T18:34:46","date_gmt":"2017-09-15T21:34:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/holavegan.theblogpress.com\/?post_type=recipe&#038;p=2587"},"modified":"2026-04-12T18:31:02","modified_gmt":"2026-04-12T21:31:02","slug":"papas-fritas-sin-aceite","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/holavegan.com\/en\/papas-fritas-sin-aceite\/","title":{"rendered":"Papas fritas (sin aceite)"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/papas-fritas1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6417\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Pod\u00e9s creer que se puede lograr toda la textura y sabor de las papas fritas pero sin usar ni UNA GOTA DE ACEITE?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yo no lo cre\u00eda posible, lo juro, me resist\u00eda a hacer papas al horno y no ponerles aceite, me resist\u00ed durante a\u00f1os, hasta que fui mam\u00e1 y mi beb\u00e9 empez\u00f3 a comer y quise darle unas ricas papas, pero que a la vez fueran saludables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">No, no hace falta freidora de aire ni ninguna otra parafernalia<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Las papas tienen doble cocci\u00f3n, eso si, primero se hierven por unos minutos y luego se llevan al horno, para prepararlas no necesit\u00e1s ninguna cosa rara.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/papas-fritas2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6418\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Deliciosas, sin una gota de aceite<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Para que te queden crujientes por fuera, blanditas por dentro y llenas de sabor a papa frita, te voy a dar todos los tips necesarios. Prest\u00e1 atenci\u00f3n!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Las papas deben estar peladas:<\/strong> Todo bien con las papas r\u00fasticas que llevan c\u00e1scara, pero para esta receta no van. Para que queden crocantes hay que meter mano al pelapapas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Deben cortarlas ni muy finas ni demasiado gruesas:<\/strong> Dependiendo del tama\u00f1o de la papa, yo las cort\u00e9 en octavos o en sextos. Primero a la mitad en sentido longitudinal y luego en 4 o en 3 seg\u00fan su tama\u00f1o. No deben quedar bastones demasiado finos porque se van a romper ni demasiado gordos porque no van a tener el crocor que queremos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Llevan doble cocci\u00f3n:<\/strong> Primero hervor por 5 minutos y luego horno hasta dorar. Los 5 minutos son 5 minutos a partir de que el agua llega a punto de ebullici\u00f3n, no las dejes m\u00e1s tiempo, porque se van a romper, ni menos porque no van a estar cocidas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hay que &#8220;rebozarlas&#8221;:<\/strong> Es una forma de decir, vamos a preparar una mezcla con harina (si dese\u00e1s hacerlas sin gluten pod\u00e9s usar harina de arroz o de ma\u00edz bien fina) y ac\u00e1 colocar algo de sabor. Yo puse piment\u00f3n, c\u00farcuma, ajo en polvo y sal rosada (una pizca). Esto se hace luego del hervor, previo enfriado y secado de las papas. Las pon\u00e9s en un bol con la mezcla y sacud\u00eds para crearles una capita de estos polvos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>El horno, moderado:<\/strong> Para que queden de un hermoso color dorado y no se quemen, el horno debe estar a unos 200\u00ba C, hay que acomodarlas bien separaditas en una placa para horno con papel manteca o placa de silicona, para que no se peguen y dejarlas dorarse tranquilitas.
