Y qu\u00e9 considero yo que tiene que tener una receta para ser apta para beb\u00e9s y ni\u00f1os peque\u00f1os? Tiene que ser rica y tiene que ser saludable.<\/p>\n<p>Sim\u00f3n, mi beb\u00e9 de 8 meses, empez\u00f3 hace apenas 2 con la alimentaci\u00f3n complementaria, le encanta comer, disfruta mucho experimentando los alimentos, trato de darle variedad, muchos colores y texturas diferentes, reci\u00e9n est\u00e1 aprendiendo.<\/p>\n<p>Prepar\u00e9 para \u00e9l estos muffins (para \u00e9l y para m\u00ed, claro) y debo decir que le encantaron! Y a pesar de ser saludables en todos los frentes: Sin gluten, sin az\u00facar, sin aceite y por supuesto, veganos (sin l\u00e1cteos, sin huevos, sin miel) son super deliciosos!<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2593\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/muffins-saludables-02.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/p>\n<h5>Qu\u00e9 intriga, no? Se preguntar\u00e1n con qu\u00e9 los hice! Pues est\u00e1n a punto de descubrir el misterio&#8230;<\/h5>\n<p><strong>La harina:<\/strong> Trigo sarraceno (alforf\u00f3n) siempre digo que es mi harina sin gluten preferida.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Para endulzar:<\/strong> D\u00e1tiles. Si, d\u00e1tiles, remojados en agua tibia y procesados hasta lograr un pur\u00e9, no solo es un endulzante saludable y natural, sino que aporta un sabor delicioso a las preparaciones.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La materia grasa:<\/strong> Pasta de almendras, grasa de la buena.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Y en lugar de usar l\u00e1cteos:<\/strong> Yogur de coco, en este caso, casero, hecho mezclando nuestra <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/leche-de-coco\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">leche de coco<\/a> con probi\u00f3ticos, se deja 24 horas cubierto con una gasa (o la bolsa de filtrar leches) en un rinc\u00f3n calentito de la casa. A\u00fan no subo la receta porque no logr\u00e9 que que quede con consistencia cremosa, tengo que probar usando agar agar o alguna f\u00e9cula, pero para este caso sirve perfecto, el resultado es m\u00e1s bien de un yogur bebible, pero no nos importa, nutricionalmente es yogur y para tortas y muffins <em>va como pi\u00f1a!<\/em><\/p>\n<h5>El resultado&#8230;<\/h5>\n<p>Unos muffins con mucho sabor, no son super esponjosos, son m\u00e1s bien apretaditos, pero deliciosos, con un hermoso color caramelo y mucha textura.<\/p>\n<p>Espero que los hagan y los disfruten, sin culpas!<\/p>\n<div
