Claro que s\u00ed!<\/h5>\n<p>El pan Brioche es un pan franc\u00e9s enriquecido, se llama panes enriquecidos a aquellos que en su elaboraci\u00f3n llevan leche, az\u00facar, manteca o huevos, uno de ellos o todos.<br \/>\nEl pan es muy suave, liviano, levemente dulce, con una miga cerrada y aireada. Hay Brioches de varios tipos, se los clasifica como Brioche del pobre o Brioche del rico, seg\u00fan la cantidad de manteca usada en su preparaci\u00f3n, claramente, el del rico lleva mucha m\u00e1s manteca que el del pobre, aunque no lo puedan creer, lleva el mismo peso de harina en manteca, TERRIBLE!<\/p>\n<p>Este que les traigo hoy no lleva manteca, pero si necesita algo de materia grasa, para asemejarse a una Brioche, ustedes pueden elegir entre margarina (preferentemente no hidrogenada) o aceite de coco (preferentemente neutro -la versi\u00f3n que no tiene gusto a coco-) De todas formas no se asusten que las cantidades de grasa son pocas, menos que en la versi\u00f3n del pobre.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n lleva leche, vegetal, obvio. Pueden hacerlo con cualquiera de las leches de nuestra secci\u00f3n<a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/category\/leches\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> leches vegetales<\/a>, yo lo hice con todas y con todas queda bien, depender\u00e1 de la que tengan a mano. Por ejemplo, con la de <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/leche-de-quinoa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">qu\u00ednoa<\/a> o de <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/leche-de-soja\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">soja<\/a>, les quedar\u00e1 un pan con m\u00e1s cantidad de prote\u00ednas.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2596\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/vegan-brioche02.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/p>\n<h5>Delicioso fresco o tostado<\/h5>\n<p>Este pan es delicioso as\u00ed, en un sandwich, solo, con alg\u00fan <em>spread<\/em>, pero no saben lo que queda tostado&#8230; Gracias a su toque de az\u00facar, leche y materia grasa, tuesta de maravillas, dando como resultado unas tostadas doradas, crujientes por fuera, tiernas por dentro y s\u00faper livianas. OJO OJO que tambi\u00e9n va perfecto para unas <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/vegan-french-toast\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">french toasts<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Lo ideal es freezarlo en rebanadas como mucho al segundo d\u00eda de elaborado, para que conserve toda su humedad y frescura. Eso si te sobra! jajaja<\/p>\n<p>Pod\u00e9s armarlo en un molde, lo t\u00edpico es hacer tres bolas, colocarlas en el molde y dejar que se arme el t\u00edpico pan con tres jorobitas, pero tambi\u00e9n pod\u00e9s hacer briochecitas individuales, tipo muffins o rolls. class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Dejar reposar la masa dentro del bol tapado por 1 hora<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3682-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Sacar la masa del bol y dividir en 3 partes iguales<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3682-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Formar 3 bolas. Para formar una bola, colocar la masa en la mesada de forma que la parte arrugada quede a la vista. Tomar los extremos y colocarlos hacia el centro, como haciendo un cesto. Luego dar vuelta la bola y darle forma entre las manos haciendo un movimiento circular sobre el mismo eje.
