Yo le cocino muy variado, ama el br\u00f3coli, el guiso de lentejas, los chips de kale, absolutamente todo lo que le cocino, pero s\u00e9 que no todos los ni\u00f1os son as\u00ed. Por eso eleg\u00ed las 15 recetas que me parecen m\u00e1s amigables para los ni\u00f1os, porque se parecen a las comidas que m\u00e1s aman, solo que son comida de verdad sin porquer\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inclu\u00ed papas fritas, papas rellenas, nuggets, milanesas, panchos y hamburguesas! Tambi\u00e9n helado, bud\u00edn y cookies \ud83d\ude1b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En esta selecci\u00f3n trat\u00e9 de mostrarles recetas que adem\u00e1s de ricas son saludables, al menos m\u00e1s saludables que en su versi\u00f3n omn\u00edvora, los dulces intentan ser sin az\u00facar (o con muy poco) y sin gluten.<br \/>Los salados con poco (o sin) aceite.<br \/>Sin ingredientes raros dif\u00edciles de conseguir y los que no consigan por no ser temporada se pueden reemplazar por los que haya en el mercado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Espero que les guste, que prueben alguna de estas recetas y que me cuenten qu\u00e9 tal la experiencia con los ni\u00f1os!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Haciendo clic en la foto, el link a la receta<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">NUMERO 1:&nbsp;Papas fritas (sin aceite)<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/papas-fritas1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6417\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>A qu\u00e9 ni\u00f1o no le gustan las papas fritas?
