La palta y la papa. Y qu\u00e9 onda comerlas juntas?<br \/>\nUna de mis ensaladas preferidas de toda la vida son las papas con mayonesa, de hecho, aqu\u00ed tenemos una deliciosa versi\u00f3n vegana de <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/vegan-mayo-porotos-sin-aceite\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">esta ensalada<\/a>.<br \/>\nLa <strong>palta\/avocado\/aguacate<\/strong> muchas veces se usa para reemplazar a la mayonesa, por su textura untuosa y su espectacular contenido graso. Es la <strong>manteca\/ mayonesa<\/strong> de los veganos en <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/?s=sandwiches\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">s\u00e1nguches<\/a> y <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/?s=wrap\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">wraps<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Y qu\u00e9 es lo m\u00e1s maravilloso (o al menos una de las cosas m\u00e1s maravillosas) que se pueden hacer con palta?<\/p>\n<h5>Si, el guacamole<\/h5>\n<p><strong>Holy Guacamoley!<\/strong><br \/>\nPor eso decid\u00ed juntar estas dos ricuras y convertirlas en esta original ensalada:<br \/>\nPapas, cremosas, tiernas y sabrosas.<br \/>\nGuacamole, fresco, untuoso y delicioso.<\/p>\n<p>Se me ocurri\u00f3 agregarle un toque crocante con tempeh grillado y algunos nachos, claro que pueden comerla as\u00ed sola, los nachos los recomiendo para darle textura, el tempeh se puede reemplazar por tofu. Tambi\u00e9n la pueden usar de acompa\u00f1amiento para unas ricas <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/?s=milanesas\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">milangas<\/a> o <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/?s=burgers\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">hamburgers<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Que lo disfruten!<\/p>\n<p>Para el guacamole, segu\u00ed <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/nachos-guacamole\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">esta receta<\/a>.
