Era uno de esos d\u00edas, ten\u00eda que pensar en hacer algo que fuese r\u00e1pido, porque ya era tarde, no pod\u00eda salir a comprar ning\u00fan ingrediente, porque llov\u00eda a c\u00e1ntaros y&#8230; fiaca.<\/p>\n<p>Abr\u00ed la heladera y encontr\u00e9 estos cuatro ingredientes:<\/p>\n<h5>Repollitos de Bruselas<\/h5>\n<p>Se hacen r\u00e1pido al vapor y luego se pueden gratinar al horno. Bien!<\/p>\n<h5>Zanahorias<\/h5>\n<p>Siempre guardo las zanahorias en mi heladera, dentro de un taper con agua. Si son org\u00e1nicas, las lavo bien y las guardo sin pelar, sumergidas en el agua, claro. Si no son org\u00e1nicas, pues las pelo y las guardo de la misma manera. Duran crocantes por semanas. As\u00ed que siempre, salvo raras ocasiones, tengo zanahorias en mi haber.<\/p>\n<h5>Hongos<\/h5>\n<p>Los hongos frescos no duran bien demasiado tiempo, as\u00ed que cuando los compro los uso en cuesti\u00f3n de d\u00edas. Ah\u00ed estaba en mi heladera una bandejita de champis. Mmmmmmm<\/p>\n<h5>Arvejas<\/h5>\n<p>Estas \u00faltimas en el freezer, las compro frescas y las freezo o las compro directamente congeladas, las uso mucho en salteados, guisos y para hacer los deliciosos <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/municiones-con-arvejas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">municiones con arvejas<\/a>, un plato que preparo en menos de 10 minutos (o lo que tarde en cocinarse la pasta que elijas).<\/p>\n<h5>Qu\u00e9 puedo hacer con estas 4 cosas? Pens\u00e9&#8230;<\/h5>\n<p>Y se me ocurri\u00f3 hacer este salteado r\u00e1pido, con esta salsita sabrosa y acompa\u00f1arlo con un buen pur\u00e9 de papas. Porque el pur\u00e9 de papas te levanta cualquier cosa.<\/p>\n<p>A tener en cuenta:<\/p>\n<h5>Para demorar lo menos posible segu\u00ed estos tips<\/h5>\n<ol>\n<li>Si vas a acompa\u00f1ar el salteado con pur\u00e9 de papas, empez\u00e1 por ah\u00ed. Pel\u00e1 y cort\u00e1 las papas en rodajas de 1\/2 cent\u00edmetro (tardan menos que cuando las cort\u00e1s en cubitos -tip de mi pap\u00e1-) Colocalas en una olla con agua y llev\u00e1 a fuego.<\/li>\n<li>Cuando el agua hierva, coloc\u00e1 la vaporiera con los repollitos de Bruselas.<\/li>\n<li>Mientras cort\u00e1 los hongos y las zanahorias.<\/li>\n<li>Calent\u00e1 el wok y empez\u00e1 el salteado.<\/li>\n<li>Agreg\u00e1 la salsa y mientras se termina el salteado, prepar\u00e1 el pur\u00e9 de papas.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full
