Debo ser honesta y decir que no soy una persona muy comedora de manzanas as\u00ed como as\u00ed. Soy consciente de que son saludables y ricas, pero el tema es que si tengo hambre, la manzana no me llena, sino que me da m\u00e1s hambre. Adem\u00e1s si no es org\u00e1nica, es mejor comerla sin c\u00e1scara, con lo cual ya me da fiaca el tema de pelarla y descorazonarla y blah blah blah.<br \/>\nPara que me la coma as\u00ed, a mordiscones, tiene que ser dulce, sabrosa, crujiente y jugosa. Si falla alguna de estas, pues prefiero convertirlas en algo mejor&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed es como record\u00e9 la torta de manzanas invertida que hac\u00eda mam\u00e1.<br \/>\nTan f\u00e1cil como poner rodajas de manzana con az\u00facar en el piso de un molde, echar por encima una mezcla de torta (<a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/budin-de-naranja-y\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">us\u00e9 nuestra infalible f\u00f3rmula<\/a>) y meter al horno. El az\u00facar se carameliza, cocina las manzanas y el bizcochuelo se eleva. al desmoldar, quedan las manzanas caramelizadas por encima. YASSS!<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2768\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/torta-de-manzana-invertida02.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Lo hice en molde de bud\u00edn, no pude sacar foto del bud\u00edn entero, porque lo empezamos a comer apenas se enfri\u00f3 y ah\u00ed reci\u00e9n me di cuenta&#8230; La foto! Bue, le saco a la porci\u00f3n (jijijiji)<\/p>\n<h5>Volviendo a la f\u00f3rmula infalible<\/h5>\n<p>Porque el p\u00fablico se renueva, es as\u00ed de simple:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 tazas de harina<\/li>\n<li>1 taza de l\u00edquido<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 taza de az\u00facar<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 taza de aceite<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Es muy f\u00e1cil de recordar! 2, 1, media, un cuarto\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Y en esta oportunidad les tiro unos tips, porque siempre me preguntan:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>HARINA: Pod\u00e9s usar harina integral, mi recomendaci\u00f3n para budines, tortas o masas esponjosas, no lo hagas 100% integral, pod\u00e9s mezclar mitad de harina blanca y mitad integral, vas a tener la fibra de la integral y la masa va a levantar mejor. Adem\u00e1s, un tip extra, es mejor cernir la harina integral, para que quede lo m\u00e1s fina posible.<br \/>\nSi quer\u00e9s hacerlo sin gl\u00faten, mi recomendaci\u00f3n n\u00famero UNO es la harina de sarraceno, y n\u00famero DOS, la harina de arroz integral.<\/li>\n<li>LIQUIDO: En este caso, pod\u00e9s usar leche vegetal o agua.<\/li>\n<li>ENDULZANTE: Si quer\u00e9s evitar el az\u00facar refinado, pod\u00e9s usar agave o maple, tambi\u00e9n miel de ca\u00f1a o az\u00facar mascabo. Reemplazalo en la misma proporci\u00f3n. Tambi\u00e9n pod\u00e9s usar un endulzante natural tipo Xylitol o Stevia. Otra opci\u00f3n que uso mucho para reemplazar el az\u00facar sobre todo cuando cocino para mi beb\u00e9, son los d\u00e1tiles. Los remojo en agua tibia hasta que se hinchan y los proceso hasta hacer una crema. Esto es muy dulce, sabroso y saludable!<\/li>\n<li>ACEITE: Si quer\u00e9s hacer la preparaci\u00f3n libre de aceite, pod\u00e9s usar manteca de almendras o tambi\u00e9n tahini. Yo us\u00e9 aceite de coco fundido, tambi\u00e9n pod\u00e9s usar aceite de girasol, ma\u00edz, margarina derretida o aceite de oliva suave.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone
