Ni Dami\u00e1n ni yo tenemos ganas de abrigarnos y salir a comprar alimentos, ergo, hay que cocinar con lo que hay y tratar de que est\u00e9 bueno y por qu\u00e9 no, que sea algo nuevo y delicioso y por qu\u00e9 no (de nuevo) que est\u00e9 tan rico como para subirlo al blog.<\/p>\n<p>Bingo!<\/p>\n<p>Ten\u00eda papas, porque siempre, siempre, siempre en mi casa hay papas. Salvo que ocurra una cat\u00e1strofe, o que las use todas y olvide de reponerlas, papas hay. Sab\u00e9s por qu\u00e9? Porque las papas le gustan a todo el mundo, porque son muy vers\u00e1tiles, pod\u00e9s convertirlas en <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/noquis-de-papa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u00f1oquis<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/vegan-stamppot\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">pur\u00e9<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/papitas-bebe-adictivas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">papas al horno<\/a>, milhojas de papas, <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/papas-fritas-sin-aceite\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">papas fritas<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/tortilla-de-papas-vegana\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">tortilla de papas<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/ensalada-papas-guacamole\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ensalada de papas<\/a>, pod\u00e9s usarlas para hacer <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/pan-de-molde\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">pan<\/a>, en fin, gloria a las papas.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2773\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/ensalada-tibia02.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n ten\u00eda en mi heladera un bloque de tofu, algo que en general siempre hay, porque me gusta que te puede sacar de un apuro y darle consistencia a un plato de vegetales.<br \/>\nEn mi frutera hab\u00eda paltas maduras y en un frasco, tomates secos que hidrato, escurro y guardo en frascos con aceite, ajo y hierbas, le dan un toque a cualquier pizza, pasta o en este caso, ensalada.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n us\u00e9 alcaparras, almendras fileteadas tostadas y una vinagreta cremosa que hice mezclando <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/vegan-mayo-porotos-sin-aceite\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">mayonesa<\/a> con dij\u00f3n, jugo de lim\u00f3n, sal y pimienta.<\/p>\n<p>Las papas tienen doble cocci\u00f3n, primero, un hervor o blanqueado de 8 minutos, luego horno hasta quedar incre\u00edblemente crujientes y doradas por fuera mientras que por dentro son un purecito.<\/p>\n<p>El tofu est\u00e1 prensado y luego marinado por una hora, luego pasado por una mezcla de ligue (harina y agua) y finalmente rebozado con panko.
