Es muy f\u00e1cil y muy econ\u00f3mico.<br \/>\nEn el mercado hay varias opciones de quesos cremosos, el tema es que suelen ser caros. Por otro lado, hacerlos con cashews, almendras o semillas, es bastante engorroso y lleva tiempo, hay que activar las semillas, procesarlas por mucho tiempo, etc. Ojo! No me malinterpreten, yo amo los quesos de frutos secos y semillas, pero esta opci\u00f3n es muy sencilla y el resultado es realmente espectacular.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2777\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/vegan-cream-cheese-02.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Un solo ingrediente:<\/p>\n<h5>Yogur de soja<\/h5>\n<p>Claro que tiene que ser sin az\u00facar y de sabor natural. S\u00e9 que en Argentina no es f\u00e1cil de conseguir, por eso los invito a intentar hacerlo ustedes mismos. Ac\u00e1 les dejo nuestra receta de <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/leche-de-soja\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">leche de soja<\/a>. Para hacer yogur con ella, solo necesitan agregarle probi\u00f3ticos (o alg\u00fan fermento tipo kombucha, k\u00e9fir, rejuvelac o mismo otro yogur) y si les queda demasiado l\u00edquido, un espesante (como agar o alguna f\u00e9cula) Los invito a probar, buscar recetas, videos y experimentar!<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2778\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/vegan-cream-cheese-03.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Una vez que tienen en sus manos el yogur de soja, lo \u00fanico que hay que hacer, es colocarlo en una bolsa para filtrar leches o en un pa\u00f1o de quesos (cheesecloth), ponerlo sobre un colador y colocar un cuenco por debajo. Lo que hacemos es que el agua se filtre y el resultado es una crema mucho m\u00e1s densa y cremosa (valga la redundancia)<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2779\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/vegan-cream-cheese-04.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Se deja toda la noche y al d\u00eda siguiente, se junta y se guarda en un frasco. Pueden dejarlo as\u00ed o agregarle una pizca de sal de mar, lo que realza a\u00fan m\u00e1s, su sabor \u00e1cido al estilo Philadelphia.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2780\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/vegan-cream-cheese-05.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Delicioso para cocinar o para disfrutar sobre un buen <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/?s=pan\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">pan<\/a> o tostada.
