Pero tuve ganas, y como tambi\u00e9n me dieron ganas de preparar este carrot lox, pens\u00e9 que lo mejor que pod\u00eda hacer era armar unos deliciosos sandwiches de &#8220;no-salm\u00f3n&#8221; con los cl\u00e1sicos <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/vegan-cream-cheese\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">cream cheese<\/a>, cebolla morada, alcaparras y eneldo.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2784\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/bagels02.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed que puse manos a la obra (o mejor dicho, manos a la masa) y prepar\u00e9 estas t\u00edpicas rosquillas de pan, que tienen doble cocci\u00f3n, por un lado, se cocinan en agua hirviendo y luego se llevan al horno.<\/p>\n<p>Si, son un poco trabajosas, pero realmente valen la pena, primero porque no son muy f\u00e1ciles de conseguir compradas y ricas, segundo, porque amasar pan es hermoso, tercero, porque pod\u00e9s hacerlas de mil maneras, medio dulzonas, saladas, con semillas por encima, con pasas, con alg\u00fan fruto seco. Pod\u00e9s degustarlas con manteca de man\u00ed y mermelada, con una hamburguesa, con queso, con palta, en fin, con lo que quieras.<\/p>\n<h5>Crocantitos por fuera, tiernitos por dentro<\/h5>\n<p>As\u00ed son los bagels, una deliciosa corteza crujiente y en el interior, una jugosa y alveolada miga, sino, mir\u00e1:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2785\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/bagels03.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/p>\n<p>La receta es de uno de mis panaderos favoritos del mundo mundial: Peter Reinhart. TODAS sus recetas de pan son absolutamente perfectas. As\u00ed que se las paso con total confianza de que hasta alguien que no se da mucha ma\u00f1a con las harinas la va a poder hacer.<\/p>\n<p>Estos panes se pueden freezar sin ning\u00fan problema, lo ideal es freezarlos el mismo d\u00eda que los hac\u00e9s, como cualquier pan, para que conserven todas sus propiedades. Para descongelar, pod\u00e9s dejar descongelar a temperatura ambiente y finalmente, dar un golpe de horno para que la corteza vuelva a estar crujiente.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando est\u00e9n en el horno, te vas a acordar de mi y me vas a amar. class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Dividir la masa en 6 partes iguales (aproximadamente 125 grs. cada uno) y formar un bollito parejo<\/div><\/li><li en la mesada enharinada, pincelar con aceite, tapar y dejar descansar por 20 minutos<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3612-step-1-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Con el dedo, hacer un orificio en el centro de cada bollito y modelar con forma de rosquilla<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3612-step-1-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Acomodarlos en una placa para horno con papel, con una separaci\u00f3n de varios cent\u00edmetros entre cada bagel, volver a pincelar con aceite, tapar y dejar descansar por otros 20 minutos<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3612-step-1-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">As\u00ed tapados, llevar a la heladera por 1 hora (o por toda la noche, si se quiere)<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3612-step-1-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Colocar una olla grande con abundante agua hirviendo, agregar el bicarbonato de sodio y bajar el fuego al m\u00ednimo (esto es importante para que las burbujas no sean demasiado grandes y rompan el bagel)<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3612-step-1-7\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Con ayuda de una espumadera, colocar de a uno los bagels en la olla, se ir\u00e1n al fondo y luego saldr\u00e1n a flote, deben estar al menos, 1 minuto de cada lado<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3612-step-1-8\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Sacar del agua con la espumadera y volver a acomodar en la placa para horno<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3612-step-1-9\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Una vez que todos pasaron por agua, pincelarlos nuevamente con aceite y espolvorear con las semillas<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3612-step-1-10\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Cocinar en horno precalentado a 250\u00baC por 5\/8 minutos, es conveniente girar la bandeja 180 grados a esta altura (para que se cocinen parejos) y seguir cocinando unos 5\/8 minutos m\u00e1s, o hasta que que est\u00e9n dorados, los minutos depender\u00e1n de cada horno en particular<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3612-step-1-11\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Cuando est\u00e9n
