Es incre\u00edble!&#8221;<br \/>\nY si bien, no les voy a decir que parece que est\u00e1s comiendo salm\u00f3n porque no es as\u00ed, es realmente sabroso, sin ser exageradamente ahumado ni demasiado salado.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2789\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/carrot-lox-02.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/p>\n<p>No, no lleva pez, ni mercurio&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>No se asusten que no hay nada raro en este <em>lox<\/em>, est\u00e1 hecho con ingredientes muy muy simples&#8230;<\/p>\n<h5>Zanahorias, algas nori y condimentos<\/h5>\n<p>Si, zanahorias!<\/p>\n<p>Mir\u00e1 m\u00e1s de cerca&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2790\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/carrot-lox-03.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Las zanahorias se cocinan enteritas en el horno hasta quedar bastante tiernas, pero firmes. Se cortan en lonjas finas con un pelapapas o con una mandolina y luego se marinan en un menjunje con sabor a mar, cuanto m\u00e1s tiempo, mejor.
