Feliz semana para todos!<\/p>\n<p>Mi intenci\u00f3n era dejarles esta receta el viernes, para que pudieran hacerla para acompa\u00f1ar los mates del fin de semana, pero no pude. Mi ni\u00f1o no me ha dejado un momento libre. De todas formas, la subo hoy lunes y les digo que es una receta para hacer cualquier d\u00eda, porque se hacen en un periquete!<br \/>\nEstos cuadraditos agridulces son tan pero tan f\u00e1ciles y r\u00e1pidos de hacer que no ten\u00e9s excusas.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredientes simples, nada complicado. Tienen un problema eso si, NO SE PUEDEN PARAR DE COMER!, el que avisa no traiciona!<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2805\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/cuadraditos-agridulces02.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Con las cantidades de la receta sale una fuente, no son muchos, si los vas a hacer para compartir, te recomiendo que dupliques las cantidades.<\/p>\n<h5>Algunos tips<\/h5>\n<p><strong>HARINA:<\/strong> Yo us\u00e9 harina blanca, pero si quer\u00e9s hacerlos de harina integral tambi\u00e9n pod\u00e9s, procur\u00e1 que sea superfina y si no lo es, pasala por un tamiz.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ACEITE:<\/strong> Yo us\u00e9 aceite de coco, se usa l\u00edquido, as\u00ed que tambi\u00e9n pod\u00e9s reemplazarlo por un aceite neutro (girasol, ma\u00edz) o por aceite de oliva suave.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SAL:<\/strong> La idea es hacer una masa salada, para que contraste con el az\u00facar de arriba, por eso se llaman agridulces. Yo us\u00e9 sal rosada, pero pod\u00e9s usar sal de mar fina.<\/p>\n<p><strong>AZUCAR:<\/strong> Yo us\u00e9 az\u00facar rubio y org\u00e1nico. Si ten\u00e9s az\u00facar blanco, te va a llevar un poco m\u00e1s de tiempo que te queden doraditas. Tambi\u00e9n pod\u00e9s usar az\u00facar negro.<\/p>\n<p>Como en nuestra receta de <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/tortitas-negras-carasucias\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">tortitas negras<\/a>, recomiendo mezclar el az\u00facar con un poco de harina, esto es para que el az\u00facar quede granulado y no se transforme en caramelo (claro que si te gustan los agridulces con caramelo en lugar de az\u00facar granulado, pod\u00e9s hacerlos as\u00ed, en ese caso, obvi\u00e1 la harina al colocar el az\u00facar de la cubierta)<\/p>\n<p>Pod\u00e9s estirar la masa del grosor que quieras, yo lo hice de unos 5 mm (despu\u00e9s crecen un poquito por la presencia de polvo de hornear) si te gustan m\u00e1s finitas, estir\u00e1 m\u00e1s fina la masa y si te gustan m\u00e1s gorditas, dejala m\u00e1s gruesa.<\/p>\n<p>Propongo estirar la masa sobre el mismo papel para horno o placa de silicona, luego se corta y as\u00ed como est\u00e1, se coloca en la fuente y se lleva al horno, yo lo dejo unos 10 minutos y luego saco y separo cada cuadradito para que se dore bien, pero con la masa ya r\u00edgida, as\u00ed no se pierde tiempo cortando y separando cada cuadradito con la masa cruda, que es m\u00e1s engorrosa de trabajar.<\/p>\n<p>De todas maneras tambi\u00e9n pueden cortar con cortapastas de la forma que m\u00e1s les guste.<\/p>\n<p>Espero que
