Llev\u00e9 mi computadora y solo la us\u00e9 en dos oportunidades (es que se vienen novedades en el blog y un nuevo proyecto que ya les contaremos)<\/p>\n<p>Reci\u00e9n ayer llegu\u00e9 a casa y me dieron ganas de compartirles esta receta que ya hice varias veces y que en realidad es idea de mi pap\u00e1. Yo la adapt\u00e9 (o mejor dicho, la hice a mi real gana) y usando el <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/category\/leches\/bagazo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">bagazo<\/a> de la <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/alfajores-dulce-leche\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">leche de almendras<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2856\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/crackers-de-almendra-y-tomates-secos-02.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/p>\n<h5>Pero&#8230; Qu\u00e9 es el bagazo?<\/h5>\n<p>Pues para los que no lo saben, es la pulpa que queda luego de elaborar la leche de almendras y se puede usar para preparar muchas cosas ricas! Jam\u00e1s tires tu bagazo de ninguna leche! Todo se transforma y reutiliza!<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2857\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/crackers-de-almendra-y-tomates-secos-03.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/p>\n<p>El otro ingrediente estrella de estas crackers es el tomate seco. Se usa as\u00ed como viene (seco) no hay que hidratarlo ni nada, as\u00ed como est\u00e1 se pone en la procesadora con el resto de los ingredientes.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez que ten\u00e9s todo procesado, te queda una arena h\u00fameda similar a la foto de abajo.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2858\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/crackers-de-almendra-y-tomates-secos-04.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Es dif\u00edcil de amasar, por lo tanto te recomiendo que la vuelques directamente sobre un papel de horno, pongas otro por encima y amases con palote hasta lograr una pieza uniforme de masa, del grosor que m\u00e1s te guste (cuanto m\u00e1s finita m\u00e1s crocantes las galletas)<\/p>\n<p>Luego, ah\u00ed mismo cort\u00e1s con cuchillo, pero sin manipular nada! Es mejor meterlas en el horno a blanquear para luego separarlas y que se puedan dorar bien de todos los lados.<\/p>\n<p><strong>As\u00ed se ven crudas:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2859\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/crackers-de-almendra-y-tomates-secos-05.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Aqu\u00ed est\u00e1n una vez cocidas:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2860\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/crackers-de-almendra-y-tomates-secos-06.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2861\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/crackers-de-almendra-y-tomates-secos-07.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Son crocantitas, sabrosas, saladitas y deliciosas.<\/p>\n<p>Usalas para acompa\u00f1ar una picada, untalas con <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/nachos-guacamole\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">guacamole<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/vegan-cream-cheese\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">queso crema<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/hummus-pure-de-garbanzos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">hummus<\/a> o <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/pate-ahumado\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">pat\u00e9<\/a>!<\/p>\n<h5>Tip!<\/h5>\n<p>Si quer\u00e9s hacerlas pero no ten\u00e9s bagazo de almendras, pod\u00e9s usar directamente almendras. Tambi\u00e9n pod\u00e9s utilizar el bagazo de otro fruto seco o semilla. Tambi\u00e9n semillas directamente. Pod\u00e9s jugar con los ingredientes y las cantidades.
