Aqu\u00ed estamos con recetas m\u00e1s oto\u00f1ales. Hoy les traigo un guiso delicioso, nutritivo y express! Se prepara con lentejas turcas (las de color naranja).<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Estas lentejas tienen un tiempo de cocci\u00f3n mucho m\u00e1s corto que las lentejas comunes y no necesitan remojo, esto se debe a que carecen de hollejo, por lo que tambi\u00e9n son m\u00e1s f\u00e1ciles de digerir.<\/p>\n<h5 class=\"p1\">Son fuente de f\u00f3sforo, manganeso y \u00e1cido f\u00f3lico.<\/h5>\n<p class=\"p1\">Recomiendo lavarlas muy bien antes de cocinarlas e ir probando los minutos de cocci\u00f3n. Yo suelo cocinarlas apenas 8 minutos, he encontrado recetas en internet que dicen de cocinarlas 20 minutos, a m\u00ed me parece demasiado, quedan hechas una pasta.<br \/>\nPero bueno, creo que se puede ir probando a medida que pasan los minutos a ver si est\u00e1n en el punto deseado.<\/p>\n<h5>Un guiso express<\/h5>\n<p>Al cocinarse tan r\u00e1pido las lentejas, es posible preparar este guiso (o sopas, pat\u00e9s, hamburguesas) o lo que quieras con ellas de manera express.<br \/>\npara este guiso yo us\u00e9 calabazas que as\u00e9 al horno, las cort\u00e9 en trozos del tama\u00f1o de un bocado y las cocin\u00e9 en horno fuerte con un hilo de aceite de oliva, quedan doraditas y deliciosas. Ese es el \u00fanico paso previo antes de poner manos a la obra (o a la olla)<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2903\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/guiso-de-lentejas-express-02.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/p>\n<p>La cremosidad de este guiso, est\u00e1 dada por la <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/leche-de-coco\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">leche de coco<\/a>, aunque se puede usar otra <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/category\/leches\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Plant-based milk<\/a>.
