Los amo de todas las formas y tama\u00f1os posibles. Amo los scones y mucho m\u00e1s desde que hice estos scones vegan. Lo m\u00e1s maravilloso de la pasteler\u00eda vegana, es que, rara vez puedas darte cuenta de que algo es vegano. Es muy bueno aprender que se pueden hacer todo tipo de preparaciones, desde tortas, muffins, cookies, tartas, y lo que sea que tengas ganas sin usar l\u00e1cteos ni huevos. Creeme, es posible y es espectacular. Cuando termin\u00e9 de preparar la masa para hacer estos scones veganos, me di cuenta de que no se diferenciaba en nada de mis anteriores masas de scones tradicionales, logr\u00e9 que tuviera el color amarillo (caracter\u00edstico de las masas con huevo) con la diferencia de que, en este caso, era dado por la harina de ma\u00edz que us\u00e9 en su preparaci\u00f3n. Bueno, mejor les paso la receta, juro que se hace en minutos. Quedan super livianos, crocantitos e infladitos.
