He descubierto en mis pruebas que el seit\u00e1n que m\u00e1s me gusta no es ese que queda como prensado y r\u00edgido, (que quiz\u00e1s est\u00e1 bueno para cortar en lonchas finas y hacer s\u00e1nguches) mi preferido es ese seit\u00e1n que queda tierno, con una textura carnosa suave. Cr\u00e9anme que es f\u00e1cil de lograr, solo hay que prestar atenci\u00f3n a algunos detalles.<\/p>\n<p>Este es el tipo de seit\u00e1n que les traigo hoy y les voy a dar todos los tips para que les quede tan incre\u00edble como a m\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2982\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/churrasquitos-de-seitan2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/p>\n<h5>Tierno, jugoso y carnoso<\/h5>\n<p><strong>C\u00f3mo lograr un churrasco tierno?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En primer lugar decirles que adem\u00e1s del gluten puro, vamos a usar harina com\u00fan. Si, harina com\u00fan. Como pueden ver en <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/seitan\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">nuestra receta de seit\u00e1n cl\u00e1sico<\/a>, el seit\u00e1n puede hacerse con harina com\u00fan (de trigo) lo que hay que hacer es lavarla hasta quitar todo el almid\u00f3n y dejar solo el gluten. Cuando hacemos el seit\u00e1n a partir de harina, es mucho m\u00e1s econ\u00f3mico, pero lleva m\u00e1s trabajo. En este caso yo us\u00e9 las dos. Una parte de gluten puro y media de harina com\u00fan. El paso del lavado no es necesario y el seit\u00e1n queda much\u00edsimo m\u00e1s tierno que usando solo gluten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Y el jugo?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Al hervirlos en caldo ya formados, los churrascos toman mucha agua, quedan bien h\u00famedos y al sellarlos en una sart\u00e9n o plancha bien caliente, hacemos una corteza por fuera, pero por dentro mantienen esa humedad. Para que queden brillosos y apetitosos por fuera, es ideal untarlos con aceite y rociar unas gotas de jugo de lim\u00f3n, echarles unas escamas de sal de mar y pimienta reci\u00e9n molida, mmmmmmmmmmmmmm<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qu\u00e9 tal lo carnoso?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Para que quede carnoso y con &#8220;diente&#8221; como se dice, usamos porotos ri\u00f1\u00f3n, esos alargaditos de color rojo. No solo dan una buena textura, sino que un buen color y adem\u00e1s m\u00e1s valor nutricional a estos churrasquitos con su aporte de fibras, prote\u00ednas y minerales.<\/p>\n<h5>Y hablando de color&#8230;<\/h5>\n<p>Para dar color us\u00e9 pur\u00e9 de remolachas, simplemente herv\u00ed las remolachas y las proces\u00e9.<br \/>\n<strong>TIP!<\/strong> No tires el agua del hervor (que queda de color morado) la usamos para hervir los churrasquitos junto con el caldo.<\/p>\n<h5>Para finalizar&#8230;<\/h5>\n<p>Y antes de darles la receta, les cuento que mi marido, si si, &#8220;el omni&#8221; se los devor\u00f3, yo sabiendo que no es fan del seit\u00e1n, le puse uno en su plato, junto con vegetales, papas y ensalada, pensando que lo iba a dejar a un costado y NO, se lo manduc\u00f3 como loco y me dijo que estaba buen\u00edsimo :O<\/p>\n<p>Recomiendo guardarlos en tapers ya hervidos, pero grillar en el momento que los vas a comer, para conseguir esa crostita crocante y deliciosa, se conservan en la heladera por 5 d\u00edas aproximadamente, yo los fu\u00ed grillando a medida que los quer\u00eda comer. Los comimos al plato y en s\u00e1nguche.<br \/>\nTambi\u00e9n pod\u00e9s usarlos para alg\u00fan <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/guiso-de-lentejas-vegano\/\" target=\"_blank\"
