A mi entender, las facturas argentinas son un tipo de boller\u00eda \u00fanico en el mundo. Tienen gran variedad de formas y texturas y unos sabores que no tienen comparaci\u00f3n. Extra\u00f1o mucho comerlas y no porque viva lejos (la que vive lejos es Loli), sino porque, en general, se emplea grasa animal o l\u00e1cteos en su elaboraci\u00f3n. VEGAN ALERT!<\/p>\n<p>Hace un tiempo compartimos esta receta de <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/medialunas-de-manteca\/\">medialunas de &#8216;no&#8217; manteca<\/a>, que queda muy bien. Tambi\u00e9n de estos <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/pancitos-de-grace\/\">pancitos<\/a> que, rellenos con <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/alfajores-dulce-leche\/\">dulce de leche<\/a>, me han quitado el antojo de comer facturas m\u00e1s de una vez.\u00a0 Pero hay una factura que me desespero comer -aunque no lo har\u00eda ni loca porque se est\u00e1 hecha con grasa- y esa es el vigilante, se\u00f1oras y se\u00f1ores.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/5.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3011\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/5.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>El vigilante es un palito de masa algo salada que lleva alm\u00edbar y az\u00facar espolvoreada en su superficie. O sea que es un palito agridulce. La primera es que lo que caracteriza a esta masa es su m\u00e9todo de hojaldrado, que lleva un empaste que habitualmente se hace con grasa animal y margarina. Yo us\u00e9 s\u00f3lo aceite de coco, pero si quieren pueden mezclarlo con margarina vegetal o lo mismo usar s\u00f3lo margarina. Lo importante es que debe ser una materia grasa s\u00f3lida y no l\u00edquida. Adem\u00e1s, el empaste lleva un par de cucharadas de harina para que quede como en la foto.<\/p>\n<p>La otra cosa que quer\u00eda aclarar es que el armado es dif\u00edcil de describir, por eso hicimos este vide\u00edto que les dejo a continuaci\u00f3n. En realidad, se arman igual que las medialunas, s\u00f3lo que en lugar de arquearlos sobre la fuente para horno, se los dispone a lo largo y bastante pegaditos entre s\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>[embedyt] https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=OK51WzHAWOY[\/embedyt]<\/p>\n<p>Se los espolvorea con az\u00facar y se los deja leudar. Si quieren tambi\u00e9n pueden sumarle crema pastelera o membrillo. Por \u00faltimo, yo los unt\u00e9 con sirope de maple cuando los saqu\u00e9 del horno, pero pueden usar alm\u00edbar o cualquier otro sirope que prefieran.<\/p>\n<div id=\"recipe\"><\/div><div
