Disfrutando de la gran oferta vegana que hay por estos d\u00edas en la bella Madrid (tendr\u00e9 que escribir la nota &#8220;Una vegana en Madrid parte II&#8221; 4 a\u00f1os m\u00e1s tarde).<\/p>\n<p>Volviendo al tema de este posteo, el fin de semana estuvimos en el cumplea\u00f1os de una amiga espa\u00f1ola y pude degustar por segunda vez el exquisito Pisto que prepara su madre.<\/p>\n<p>El Pisto es una receta de campo, y no hay una sola manera de hacerlo, ya que se utilizan los vegetales de temporada que haya disponibles. Casi siempre lleva tomates, pimientos, cebollas y zucchini (calabac\u00edn como lo llaman en Espa\u00f1a).<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3002\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/pisto-manchego-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/p>\n<h5>La receta de Victoria<\/h5>\n<p>Victoria, la madre de mi amiga Marian, prepara el Pisto con vegetales de su propio huerto, le queda delicioso, me lo he comido sobre pan y acompa\u00f1ando ensaladas y verduritas a la parrilla. Ella lo prepara en cantidad, usando pimientos verdes y rojos, cebollas, ajo, tomates y calabac\u00edn (zucchini o zapallito largo), luego lo separa en tapers y los mete al freezer, as\u00ed se los reparte a sus hijas.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando me contaba c\u00f3mo lo preparaba y se lo llevaba a sus hijas, pens\u00e9 en lo reconfortante que debe ser recibir un taper con comidita de mam\u00e1. Pens\u00e9 en mi mam\u00e1. Pens\u00e9 en cu\u00e1nto la extra\u00f1o y en c\u00f3mo me gustan las madres que preparan comidas y las llevan en tapers a sus hijos.
