Creo que cada vez que hago una receta con papas lo reitero. AMO LAS PAPAS!<br \/>\nLa receta de hoy es bien f\u00e1cil, lleva s\u00f3lo 3 ingredientes y es genial para acompa\u00f1ar unas ricas <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/milanesas-de-soja\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">milanesas<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/albondigas-veganas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">meatballs<\/a> o comer con <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/super-ensalada\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ensalada<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Lo \u00fanico especial que hay que tener, es una mandolina, porque con esta herramienta se pueden cortar las papas muy muy finitas de manera r\u00e1pida y segura. Si no cuentan con mandolina, hay que cortar con una cuchilla muy bien afilada y con mucho cuidado y paciencia. Lleva m\u00e1s tiempo y no quedan tajadas tan finas, pero sirve igual.<\/p>\n<p>Yo ni siquiera pelo las papas, si las papas son org\u00e1nicas, con lavar bien su piel con un cepillo y abundante agua, est\u00e1 perfecto. Si no son org\u00e1nicas, recomiendo lavarlas y pelarlas. Las papas concentran gran cantidad de agroqu\u00edmicos en su piel, con lo cual, es mejor quit\u00e1rsela.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez lavadas (peladas si es el caso) y cortadas en fetas, no hay m\u00e1s que emulsionar con aceite de oliva y sal y acomodar en una fuente para horno. Yo prefiero usar papel para horno, as\u00ed no se pegan y no tengo que usar aceite en exceso.<\/p>\n<p>Como opcional pueden agregar tambi\u00e9n levadura nutricional, pimienta negra y las hierbas que les gusten, yo us\u00e9 un poco de ciboulette.<\/p>\n<p>Calculen aproximadamente una papa grande por persona y sepan que por m\u00e1s que la fuente quede a tope, se van a achicar mucho luego de cocidas por la p\u00e9rdida de agua.<br \/>\nEs importante masajear con aceite para que cada feta tenga una fina pel\u00edcula del mismo y agregar la sal en ese momento, la sal ayudar\u00e1 a que las papas suelten su agua y se cocinen quedando tiernas,&nbsp; finalmente se dorar\u00e1n en la superficie en en el piso, quedando crujientes esas capas de papa, pero tiernas y jugosas las capas centrales.<\/p>\n<p>Bueno, creo que esos son todos los consejos que tengo para este manjar tan simple y delicioso.<\/p>\n<p>Va la receta!<\/p>\n<div id=\"recipe\"><\/div><div
