La receta la hab\u00eda sacado yo de una revista, un d\u00eda que andaba aburrida y con ganas de cocinar. Hac\u00eda mil que no los preparaba, pero dicen que lo que se aprende en la infancia, se aprende mejor. Cocinarlos fue como subirme a una bicicleta despu\u00e9s de a\u00f1os de no pedalear: me dej\u00e9 llevar y salieron perfectos. Adem\u00e1s, esta receta permite un mont\u00f3n de variedades, por ejemplo:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Se hace con harina leudante pero, si no ten\u00e9s, ni tampoco ten\u00e9s polvo para hornear para agregarle a la harina com\u00fan, pod\u00e9s optar por ponerle un toque de levadura o no ponerle nada. Tambi\u00e9n pod\u00e9s usar harina integral.<\/li>\n<li>Se hacen rapid\u00edsimo porque no hay que dejar leudar la masa. Ni siquiera si optaste por agregarle levadura, porque es m\u00e1s para descansar la masa que para inflarla, en tal caso.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3083\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Como materia grasa, originalmente la receta llevaba manteca. Yo la reemplac\u00e9 por margarina pero, si no ten\u00e9s o no quer\u00e9s usar margarina, pod\u00e9s reemplazar por aceite de coco, de girasol, de oliva o el que te guste.<\/li>\n<li>Lo ideal es ponerles un queso vegano rallado. Pero en Buenos Aires es dif\u00edcil conseguir algo as\u00ed, entonces us\u00e9 levadura nutricional com\u00fan y sabor queso.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>ACTUALIZACI\u00d3N: PUEDEN USAR EL <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/queso-estilo-gruyere\/\">QUESO DE LUPINES<\/a> O LOS QUE ENSE\u00d1AMOS EN EL <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/cursos-on-demand\/\">CURSO DE L\u00c1CTEOS Y QUESOS VEGETALES<\/a>.<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Tambi\u00e9n les pod\u00e9s agregar algo m\u00e1s de sabor: yo puse or\u00e9gano fresco, pero tambi\u00e9n puede ser seco. O puede ser romero, o tomillo&#8230; lo que les guste!<\/li>\n<li>Yo agregu\u00e9 algo que en la receta original no estaba: una cucharada de extracto de malta para que se doren mejor. Pero pueden prescindir perfectamente de dicho ingrediente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/4.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3085\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/4.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La masa se estira , se unta con aceite de oliva, se espolvorea con el queso o las levaduras y se dobla a la mitad, pero si prefieren pueden hacerle un proceso de hojaldrado antes o ponerle el queso en el amasado.<\/li>\n<li>Los palitos son re f\u00e1ciles de armar: se corta la masa en tiritas y luego se sostiene una punta sobre la mesada, mientras se hace girar en el aire la otra. Pero pueden no darles vueltas. Pueden hacer rosquitas. Pueden jugar y divertirse como yo cuando era chica y preparaba esta receta para mi mam\u00e1.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/3-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3084\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/3-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Se pueden hacer del tama\u00f1o que gusten. Yo los hice de m\u00e1s o menos 20 cm de largo.<\/li>\n<li>Se hornean a fuego moderado. La idea es que se sequen bien para que se puedan conservar durante varios d\u00edas. Pero tengan cuidado porque se hornean rapid\u00edsimo y se les pueden quemar. As\u00ed que nada de distracciones.<\/li>\n<li>Para la conservaci\u00f3n recomiendo frasco de vidrio herm\u00e9tico. Aunque, si vas a salir de picnic o a merendar a otra casa,\u00a0 te recomiendo fuerte nuestro <a href=\"https:\/\/tienda.holavegan.com\/bazar\/vianda\/porta-sandwich-y-wrap\/\">porta-sandwich<\/a> que sal y el polvo para hornear. Agregar la margarina a temperatura ambiente y el extracto de malta. Mezclar con las manos.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3539-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Incorporar el agua (de a poco, para no pasarse) mientras intentamos formar un bollo. De agua lleva aproximadamente 250 ml (puede ser un poco m\u00e1s o menos).<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3539-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">No se amasa demasiado, una vez que obtenemos un bollo uniforme, procedemos al estirado con palo de amasar. Estiramos la masa en forma de rect\u00e1ngulo hasta que quede m\u00e1s o menos de 1\/2 cm de espesor.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3539-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Untar la masa con aceite de oliva. Espolvorear con el queso o las levaduras y doblarla a la mitad. Aplastar con el palo de amasar, agregarle el or\u00e9gano fresco y volver a aplanar con el palote.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3539-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Cortar en tiras de m\u00e1s o menos 1 y 1\/2 cm o 2 cm de ancho y 20 cm de largo. Sostener una de las puntas con una mano sobre la mesada y girar la otra punta en el aire, logrando la torsi\u00f3n.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3539-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Acomodar en placa para horno (no es necesario que est\u00e9 aceitada) aplastando las puntas. Llevar a horno moderado previamente precalentado.
