Para hacer dulce de leche primero debo preparar la <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/leche-de-almendras\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">leche de almendras<\/a>, lo que significa que tendr\u00e9 bagazo de almendras (el sobrante despu\u00e9s del filtrado) y tengo que pensar en qu\u00e9 maravilla convertirlo, porque si, me gusta aprovechar todo de un alimento.<\/p>\n<p>Si sos de los que prefieren un snack salado, ac\u00e1 ten\u00e9s una idea para usar el bagazo de almendras en unas <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/crackers-de-almendras-y-tomates-secos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">crackers de tomates<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Pero yo ten\u00eda ganas de dulce, as\u00ed que en esta oportunidad lo transform\u00e9 en estas deliciosas cookies que volaron en minutos!<\/p>\n<p><em>V\u00e9ase la manito de mi hijito de 21 meses robando una cookie del set fotogr\u00e1fico jijijijiji<\/em><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3096\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/cookies-de-almendra02.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Estas galletas no llevan harina, yo us\u00e9 avena hecha polvo, pero si quieren que sean sin TACC se puede reemplazar la avena por avena sin gluten o por harina de arroz y agregar alguna semilla que amalgame la masa como las de lino o ch\u00eda activadas. En el caso de usar avena no hace falta porque la avena de por si une la masa.<\/p>\n<p>Yo us\u00e9 az\u00facar mascabo y aceite de coco, pero pueden reemplazar por az\u00facar com\u00fan y margarina, si as\u00ed lo desean.<\/p>\n<p>Las cantidades de la receta son para el bagazo de un litro de leche de almendras, si no tienen bagazo y las quieren hacer igual, pues en lugar de bagazo usan harina de
