En su versi\u00f3n tradicional, es una tarta de masa mantecosa con relleno de verduras (hojas verdes, cebolla, ajo) queso y huevo. En casa se preparaba con espinaca o acelga y se le colocaban los huevos duros enteros en medio del relleno.<\/p>\n<p>Para esta versi\u00f3n vegana, reemplac\u00e9 los ingredientes de la masa cl\u00e1sica de Do\u00f1a Petrona, aunque ella la hac\u00eda doble masa (tipo hojaldre) y yo la hago simple. En el relleno sum\u00e9 el bagazo de la <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/leche-de-almendras\/\">leche de almendras<\/a> condimentado con levadura nutricional cl\u00e1sica y sabor queso, puse un poco de queso de papa (la receta la encontr\u00e1s en esta <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/tarta-de-puerros-y-esparragos\/\">tarta de puerros y esp\u00e1rragos<\/a>) y, en lugar de huevo, agregu\u00e9 unas cucharadas de <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/scrambled-tofu\/\">scrambled tofu<\/a>. Claro que, si se desea un sabor m\u00e1s suave o un relleno m\u00e1s abundante, se puede a\u00f1adir alguna ricota vegana, como el tofu que usamos para la <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/torta-no-ricota\/\">torta de no-ricota<\/a> -en versi\u00f3n salada- o esta otra <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/ricota-de-girasol\/\">de girasol<\/a>. Tambi\u00e9n pod\u00e9s usar en vez de queso de papa, cualquier otro tipo de queso que te guste (ac\u00e1 tenemos este <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/doble-queso\/\">de caj\u00fa<\/a> que es espectacular). Y tambi\u00e9n se puede omitir la versi\u00f3n vegana del huevo.<\/p>\n<p>Para una versi\u00f3n m\u00e1s gourmet, algo que le sienta de diez a la tarta de verduras, son los hongos (setas). Unos champignones o portobellos fileteados y salteados con un poco de oliva. Y, si te anim\u00e1s, algunas aceitunas verdes o negras, tambi\u00e9n.<\/p>\n<p>A ver si alguien tiene alguna otra versi\u00f3n de pascualina y se anima a dejar su ingrediente particular en un style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Amasar hasta formar una masa bien el\u00e1stica y dividir la masa en dos bollos.
