En casa preparo la <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/pasta-al-pesto-vegan\/\">versi\u00f3n cl\u00e1sica<\/a> al menos una vez por semana, pero siempre de la mano de unos fideos o <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/noquis-de-papa\/\">\u00f1oquis<\/a>.&nbsp; Aviso que, como los pi\u00f1ones son dif\u00edciles de conseguir en Argentina, la mayor\u00eda de las veces uso nueces en su lugar.<\/p>\n<p>Un buen d\u00eda encontr\u00e9 este maravilloso pan y me enamor\u00e9:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/1.-pan-de-pesto.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3125\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/1.-pan-de-pesto.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Y no s\u00f3lo porque es un pan a base de PESTO, sino porque miren lo hermoso que es! Todo trenzadito, doradito, mmmm&#8230; se me hace agua la boca!<\/p>\n<p>Claro que, no pude probarlo en ese momento porque HOLA! No era vegano. Tradicionalmente hacen la masa con huevo o le ponen parmesano al pesto&#8230; Por eso, me puse manos a la obra y ac\u00e1 se los comparto.<\/p>\n<p>Les cuento que la masa es s\u00faper f\u00e1cil. S\u00f3lo lleva harina, levadura, sal y agua. Nada m\u00e1s. No lleva aceite porque la grasa se la sumamos directamente con el pesto. La receta de dicha salsa la encuentran haciendo click <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/pasta-al-pesto-vegan\/\">ac\u00e1<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Y la trenza que, vista as\u00ed nom\u00e1s, parece MISI\u00d3N IMPOSIBLE, es una pavada. Es muy f\u00e1cil de armar si se sigue la t\u00e9cnica, por eso les fotografi\u00e9 paso por paso.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/8.-pan-de-pesto.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3132\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/8.-pan-de-pesto.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>S\u00f3lo me resta aclararles que es un pan s\u00faper sabroso. as\u00ed que da para comerlo as\u00ed solito. class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Volver a amasar un ratito y otra vez dejar descansar 10 minutos.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3521-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Amasar una vez m\u00e1s y esta vez dejar reposar entre 20 y 30 minutos.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3521-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Una vez pasado el descanso, desgasificar la masa d\u00e1ndole golpes de pu\u00f1o sobre la mesada y estirar con el palo de amasar hasta que quede un cuadrado de aproximadamente 30 cm alto x 30 de ancho.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3521-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div
