Primero: se hace r\u00e1pido. Segundo, es saciadora, porque lleva pasta. Tercero, la combinaci\u00f3n de sabores no falla e, incluso, se le puede a\u00f1adir algo m\u00e1s como aceitunas, o semillas tostadas, o palta, o todo eso y m\u00e1s. Cuarto, es ideal para llevarse como VIANDA al laburo. Y, en quinto lugar, es fresca, es liviana y es MUUUUY RICAAA!!!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/E5.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3154\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/E5.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Esta receta me la ense\u00f1\u00f3 Clau, una fot\u00f3grafa con quien compart\u00ed mucho tiempo cuando trabaj\u00e9 en &#8220;LA&#8221; revista femenina. Me acuerdo que un d\u00eda se acerc\u00f3 a mi escritorio y me dijo: &#8220;me traje una vianda que es re para vos&#8221; y me explic\u00f3 de qu\u00e9 iba la cosa. As\u00ed que el otro d\u00eda, que ten\u00eda unas berenjenitas baby a punto de pasar a mejor vida, me acord\u00e9 de esta ensalada y puse manos a la obra.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/E2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3151\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/E2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Como todas nuestras recetas, vale adaptarlas a gusto, placer, necesidad y LO QUE TENGAS EN LA HELADERA. As\u00ed que, si no ten\u00e9s berenjenas <em>baby<\/em>, us\u00e1s las comunes; si no ten\u00e9s berenjenas frescas, le pod\u00e9s poner <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/berenjenas-en-escabeche\/\">berenjenas en escabeche<\/a>; si no ten\u00e9s o no te gustan las berenjenas (no entiendo c\u00f3mo, la verdad) \u00a1no te preocupes! le pod\u00e9s poner at\u00fan vegano como el que hicimos <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/empanada-gallega\/\">ac\u00e1<\/a>, o <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/tofu-grillado\/\">este tofu<\/a> o tempeh u hongos, o lo que quieras.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/E3.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3152\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/E3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Yo le puse tomates peritas frescos y cubeteados, pero tambi\u00e9n le pod\u00e9s poner cherrys o <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/tomates-confitados\/\">tomates confitados<\/a>. Y de hojas verdes, lo ideal es abundante r\u00facula, pero tambi\u00e9n se pueden sumar unas hojas de albahaca o el verde de tu preferencia.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/E4.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3153\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/E4.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Pasta: la que te gustes o tengas. Yo us\u00e9 mostacholes, pero puede ser cualquier otro. Lo ideal es que sean fideos cortos (no tallarines o espaguetis). Y, para llevarla como vianda, mi consejo es que vayan los cocidos por un lado (ya condimentados con aceite de oliva, sal y pimienta) y los crudos por otro. En mi caso, puse los tomates con las berenjenas, porque los puse cubeteados. Lo bueno es que, al mezclar todo, no se necesita agregar condimento extra al momento de comerla.<\/p>\n<p><a
