Estamos felices!<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3167\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/02.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\"\/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Por qu\u00e9 elegimos a Francis para que escribiera nuestro pr\u00f3logo?<br \/>\n<\/strong>Es simple.<br \/>\nNuestro libro es de comida argentina, Mallmann es el referente n\u00famero 1 de comida argentina.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pero, Francis no es vegano!<\/strong><br \/>\nNo, Francis no es vegano, como el p\u00fablico al que queremos llegar con nuestro libro.<br \/>\nVer\u00e1n, los veganos ya sabemos que la comida vegana puede ser deliciosa. Los veganos ya sabemos que los veganos no comemos pasto. Los veganos intentamos por todos los medios convencer a los no veganos de que esto es as\u00ed.<br \/>\nSi a un carnaca no lo convence Francis Mallmann, no lo convence nadie!<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, Francis Mallmann ha hecho declaraciones como:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Creo que en 30 a\u00f1os, ya no comeremos animales.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>y:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"p1\">Apunto a hacer platos veganos que sean como un bife. Quiero que cuando se sienten a comer sientan que est\u00e1n comiendo algo tan sustancial como un bife.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>No me cre\u00e9s? <a href=\"https:\/\/www.livekindly.co\/francis-mallmann-everyone-vegan\/?fbclid=IwAR24S7ImwZoO7eUL00Sb0VaJDcVMV-MAPgxEPZd9t0dPbaYqEWSBbglXFWM\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ac\u00e1 ten\u00e9s la entrevista<\/a> (en ingl\u00e9s)<\/p>\n<h5>Necesitamos conversiones<\/h5>\n<p>Nuestra misi\u00f3n es que m\u00e1s gente coma m\u00e1s vegetales, quiz\u00e1s no se hagan veganos, pero si logramos que hagan un plato sin carne y sin l\u00e1cteos, al menos una vez cada tanto, habremos logrado mucho.
