Lo que quiero con este posteo es darles alternativas, usando nuestras recetas, de hacerlo un poco m\u00e1s sano y nutritivo, ya que este -dicho bien en porte\u00f1o- &#8220;chegus\u00e1n de milanga&#8221; puede ser la soluci\u00f3n al almuerzo en el trabajo o a la vianda escolar.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfQu\u00e9 tiene que tener un cl\u00e1sico sandwich de milanesa?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pan<\/li>\n<li>Milanesa<\/li>\n<li>Vegetales frescos<\/li>\n<li>Salsa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3185\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>PARA EL PAN<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yo us\u00e9 esta receta de <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/pan-de-molde\/\">pan de molde<\/a> en versi\u00f3n integral y le puse tambi\u00e9n avena y semillas. Pero tambi\u00e9n pod\u00e9s hacer este de <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/pan-de-germen-de-trigo\/\">germen de trigo<\/a> o, si quer\u00e9s sumarle un toque m\u00e1s <em>gourmet<\/em>, pod\u00e9s hacer esta <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/vegan-brioche\/\">vegan brioche<\/a>. Pero si no sos de amasar pan, porque no ten\u00e9s tiempo o no te gusta, record\u00e1 que tenemos este pan de <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/pan-de-soda\/\">molde express<\/a>. De todas formas, si prefer\u00eds comprar pan, mi consejo es que, de comprar panes de molde envasados, lo hagas en diet\u00e9ticas, que tienen menos conservantes e ingredientes m\u00e1s nobles que los de supermercado. Y, si no, lo ideal es comprar panes caseros fermentados con masa madre, aunque suelen ser un poco m\u00e1s caros y no estar tan al alcance -en mi barrio, por ejemplo, no hay panader\u00edas de este estilo-.<\/p>\n<p><strong>EN CUANTO A LA MILANESA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Qu\u00e9 decirles: mi favorita es la <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/milanesas-de-avena\/\">de avena<\/a>, que es nutritiva y aporta energ\u00eda. Aviso que ac\u00e1 en Argentina, nunca pude conseguir la avena <em>gluten free<\/em> como la que Loli consegu\u00eda en Amsterdam cuando hizo esta receta. As\u00ed que si prefieren una milanesa libre de gluten, les conviene hacer esta receta <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/milanesas-de-quinoa\/\">de quinoa<\/a> o reemplazar la avena por otro ingrediente en esta versi\u00f3n <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/milanesas-de-soja\/\">de soja<\/a> o en <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/milanesas-de-soja-reloaded\/\">this other one<\/a>. Ah, tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1n estas <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/milanesitas-de-tofu\/\">milanesitas de tofu<\/a> que son riqu\u00edsimas y, otra de mis milangas favoritas que queda espectacular en sandwich: la <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/berenjenas-rebozadas\/\">de berenjena<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3186\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>LA CUESTI\u00d3N DE LOS VEGETALES FRESCOS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Se resuelve f\u00e1cil si sos de tener algo siempre en la heladera. Tomate y lechuga son los cl\u00e1sicos que aportan frescura y humedad, aunque yo siempre prefiero la r\u00facula a la lechuga. Las hojas verdes son ricas en hierro, as\u00ed que hay que tratar de tenerlas siempre presentes. Si no sos de tener tomate fresco, estos <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/tomates-confitados\/\">tomates confitados<\/a> son ideales para conservar en la heladera y quedan riqu\u00edsimos. Igual, siempre es mejor consumir los vegetales sin cocci\u00f3n, ya que as\u00ed absorbemos todos los nutrientes disponibles posibles. As\u00ed que si no te gusta el tomate, pod\u00e9s ponerle zanahoria o remolacha ralladas o palta; tambi\u00e9n aros de cebolla o rodajas de rabanito o pepino. Todos esos vegetales pueden consumirse crudos y suman sabor, color y textura. Tambi\u00e9n se puede agregar hierbas frescas o arom\u00e1ticas: romero, perejil, cilantro, albahaca. Las opciones son infinitas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PARA LAS SALSAS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Siempre ser\u00e1 mejor la opci\u00f3n m\u00e1s natural y casera posible. Su funci\u00f3n es saborizar al tiempo que humedece un poco el pan. Si te gusta la mayonesa, pod\u00e9s probar con esta hecha a base <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/vegan-mayo-porotos-sin-aceite\/\">de porotos<\/a>. Pero tambi\u00e9n pod\u00e9s usar <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/hummus-pure-de-garbanzos\/\">hummus<\/a> (mucho mejor si este <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/hummus-raw-crudivegano\/\"><em>raw!<\/em><\/a>) o <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/nachos-guacamole\/\">guacamole<\/a>.\u00a0 Tambi\u00e9n pod\u00e9s usar queso crema, que puede ser a base <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/queso-de-tofu\/\">de tofu<\/a> o <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/vegan-cream-cheese\/\">de yogur<\/a> o <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/ricota-de-girasol\/\">de girasol<\/a>. Pero si and\u00e1s con el tiempo justo y no pod\u00e9s estar preparando la salsa, ofrezco alternativas m\u00e1s sanas a la mayonesa comprada: aceite de coco, alioli, tahini, mantequilla de man\u00ed (sin endulzar). Y si busc\u00e1s un sabor m\u00e1s gourmet, pod\u00e9s usar un <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/pasta-al-pesto-vegan\/\">pat\u00e9 ahumado<\/a>, un tapenade de aceitunas, mostaza de dij\u00f3n o <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/pasta-al-pesto-vegan\/\">pesto<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/3.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3187\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>PARA TERMINAR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ya tenemos nuestro s\u00e1nguche listo -y ahora viene la parte en la que me pongo un poco ceremonial- \u00bfc\u00f3mo lo conservo y\/o traslado? Una parte importante del veganismo tiene que ver con el cuidado del medio ambiente, por lo tanto mi consejo ser\u00e1 que tratemos de evitar el uso de film de cocina.<\/p>\n<p>Yo recomiendo guardarlo en un recipiente (que puede ser de pl\u00e1stico, pero al que sin duda le daremos mucho m\u00e1s uso que al pl\u00e1stico del film) o bien envolverlo con papel para horno (papel manteca) y luego con un repasador, tipo origami. Y si ten\u00e9s un <a href=\"https:\/\/tienda.holavegan.com\/bazar\/vianda\/porta-sandwich-y-wrap\/\">portasandwich<\/a> como el que vendemos en <a href=\"https:\/\/tienda.holavegan.com\/\">Tienda Hola Vegan<\/a>, mucho mejor, porque es de doble tela: una interior impermeable y una exterior de algod\u00f3n estampado, as\u00ed que no necesit\u00e1s usar papel y, adem\u00e1s, es mejor que el recipiente pl\u00e1stico, porque se limpia f\u00e1cil y no ocupa lugar en la mochila, cartera, despu\u00e9s de haber consumido el sandwich!<\/p>\n<p><a
