Tiernitos, ni dulces, ni salados y con gustito a manteca, cuando \u00e9ramos chicas los com\u00edamos con fiambre en sanguchitos&#8230; Por supuesto que ahora es en versi\u00f3n vegana! Tambi\u00e9n recomiendo rellenarlos con un quesito semiblando de caj\u00fa y estos deliciosos <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/tomates-confitados\/\">tomatitos confitados<\/a> o, si se prefiere una versi\u00f3n dulce, untarlos con <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/alfajores-dulce-leche\/\">dulce de leche de leche de almendras<\/a>\u00a0y espolvorearlos con az\u00facar impalpable.<\/p>\n<p>El otro d\u00eda se me vinieron a la cabeza, seguramente porque andar\u00eda necesitando un mimo de la t\u00eda, as\u00ed que le escrib\u00ed para pedirle la receta. As\u00ed fue como descubr\u00ed que estos pancitos &#8220;de la t\u00eda Gla&#8221;, se llaman en realidad <em>Parker House<\/em> porque fueron creados en un hotel que lleva ese nombre, en Boston (EE.UU.).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/paker2.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6601\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/paker2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>La receta de estos bollitos, es bastante parecida a la de <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/pancitos-de-grace\/\">estos otros<\/a>, porque tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1n hechos con leche y manteca -que por supuesto nosotras reemplazamos por leche vegetal <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/?s=leche\">-ac\u00e1 tienen muchas versiones-<\/a> y margarina o aceite de coco. La diferencia principal radica en que los <em>Parker-House<\/em> son como un c\u00edrculo u \u00f3valo chato, doblado por la mitad.<\/p>\n<p>Claro que en internet figuran mil versiones de &#8220;moldeado final&#8221;. Algunos los enrollan, otros los doblan sin aplanar, por lo cual se inflan como pelotitas, otros los cocinan tan separados que quedan como una especie de empanada sin relleno. A m\u00ed me gusta este m\u00e9todo de ponerlos bastante juntitos y con el borde del doblez hacia arriba, cosa de que cuando leuden se peguen, tal cual los hace la t\u00eda Gla.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/jamon5.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6599\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/jamon5.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h5>Mis tips para que salgan b\u00e1rbaro:<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Quedan infinitamente mejor con aceite de coco que con margarina.<\/li>\n<li>Conviene hacerlos peque\u00f1os y dejarlos leudar mucho para que salgan livianitos.<\/li>\n<li>Con harina 0000 quedan m\u00e1s livianos, pero pueden usar 000 o mezclar con integral para una versi\u00f3n m\u00e1s saludable.<\/li>\n<li>Si los van a guardar en el freezer, es preferible sacarlos del horno cuando a\u00fan est\u00e1n blanquitos y darles un golpe de horno cuando los vayan a consumir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Espero les salgan deliciosos y ojal\u00e1 queden grabados Mezclar con los 50 g de aceite de coco, el az\u00facar y la sal.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3501-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Aparte, disolver la levadura en el agua tibia.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3501-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Cuando la mezcla de leche est\u00e9 tibia, unirla con la levadura.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3501-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Agregar de a poco la harina mezclando con la mano, hasta formar un bollo tierno (que no se pegotee).<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3501-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Volcar el bollo sobre la mesa y amasar con los pu\u00f1os hasta que quede liso y el\u00e1stico.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3501-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Colocar el bollo en un bol, pincelarlo con el aceite de coco derretido, tapar y dejar leudar en un lugar c\u00e1lido hasta que duplique su tama\u00f1o.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3501-step-0-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Estirar la masa con palo de amasar hasta que quede de menos de 1 cm de espesor. Cortar discos de entre 5 y 7 cm de ancho aproximadamente.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3501-step-0-7\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Pintar los discos con el aceite de coco derretido. Doblar cada disco por la mitad como si fueran empanadas, presionando el centro, pero no los bordes.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3501-step-0-8\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Colocarlos sobre placa aceitada con los bordes hacia arriba apoyaditos entre s\u00ed. Tapar con repasador y dejar leudar.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3501-step-0-9\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Una vez que est\u00e9n hinchaditos, llevar a horno precalentado a temperatura m\u00e1xima hasta que est\u00e9n apenas doraditos.
