{"id":337,"date":"2014-04-08T00:26:30","date_gmt":"2014-04-07T22:26:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/holavegan.theblogpress.com\/?p=337"},"modified":"2026-04-12T18:34:24","modified_gmt":"2026-04-12T21:34:24","slug":"sandwich-de-vegetales-grillados","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/holavegan.com\/en\/sandwich-de-vegetales-grillados\/","title":{"rendered":"S\u00e1nguche de vegetales"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Soy LOCA por los s\u00e1nguches, bueno, en primer lugar, para m\u00ed no hay nada m\u00e1s rico que el PAN, NADA, nada m\u00e1s puro, m\u00e1s simple, m\u00e1s acariciador de alma, m\u00e1s primitivo, m\u00e1s bello y m\u00e1s espectacular que el pan. Es l\u00f3gico entonces, que si encierro ricas cosas entre dos panes, esto sea, para m\u00ed, lo m\u00e1s parecido al para\u00edso terrenal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De m\u00e1s est\u00e1 decir que yo amaso mi propio pan, razones me sobran. Amasar es terap\u00e9utico, ya sea que est\u00e9s mimando a la masa suavemente, d\u00e1ndole tu amor o que la est\u00e9s golpeando para descargar tensiones, digo, para desarrollar el gluten&#8230; Ejem, dec\u00eda, hace bien, yo tengo mi momento de meditaci\u00f3n al amasar. Adem\u00e1s, salvo que tengas la fortuna de contar con panader\u00edas REALES cerca, conseguir buen pan puede llegar a ser muy dif\u00edcil, y ni te cuento cuando realmente esper\u00e1s mucho del pan (como es el caso de quien les habla). En <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/category\/pan\/\">este link<\/a> pod\u00e9s ver mis recetas de PAN!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Volviendo al sandwich, si guard\u00e1s buen pan en el freezer y cont\u00e1s con vegetales en tu heladera, pod\u00e9s preparar un delicioso y nutritivo sandwich en cuesti\u00f3n de minutos, para muchos mediod\u00edas, cuando me ataca el hambre y no tengo ganas de hacer nada sofisticado (nunca hago nada sofisticado al mediod\u00eda) el sandwich es ideal y me deja pipona hasta bien entrada la tarde. Obvio que pod\u00e9s usar los vegetales que m\u00e1s te gusten, esta es una combinaci\u00f3n que a mi me encanta: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"680\"
