Como les contamos en la introducci\u00f3n de nuestro libro <a href=\"https:\/\/tienda.holavegan.com\/libro\/libro-comida-tipica-argentina-vegana-bolsa-de-tela2-y-senalador-de-regalo\/\">Comida t\u00edpica argentina vegana<\/a>, nosotras \u00e9ramos unas j\u00f3venas bastante malcriadas: pap\u00e1 y mam\u00e1 nos hicieron la comida hasta que abandonamos el nido, as\u00ed que no sab\u00edamos cocinar mucho. Esta receta Sabri la aprendi\u00f3 de su amiga Romi, por lo que nosotras sol\u00edamos llamarla -y todav\u00eda le decimos as\u00ed- &#8220;fideos a la Romina&#8221;.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/4-1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3375\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/4-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h6>\u00bfDe qu\u00e9 se trata?<\/h6>\n<p>Es como una especie de lasa\u00f1a f\u00e1cil o como una versi\u00f3n de fideos un tanto m\u00e1s compleja. O sea, un intento de pastitsio, salvando las distancias y los ingredientes. Es ideal para los d\u00edas invernales en los que la pasta suele enfriarse apenas la serv\u00eds en el plato; como esta se gratina al horno, levanta m\u00e1s temperatura y dura calentita toda la cena.<\/p>\n<p>Este plato permite mil variantes pero hay dos puntos que hay que mantener fijos: 1) el queso y 2) la pasta. El queso tiene que ser uno que funda y se gratine. Mis recomendaciones son: <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/queso-cremoso\/\">queso cremoso<\/a>, muzza de avena, <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/vegan-pizza-2\/\">de papa<\/a>, de tofu o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=s19CNVkjdtw\">de man\u00ed<\/a>. La pasta -seca-, por otro lado, tiene que ser tubular y corta: penne rigate, macarrones, coditos; pueden usarla en versi\u00f3n <em>gluten-free<\/em>, sin problemas.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/1-1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3372\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/1-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>En la receta de Romina, la pasta y la muzza se mezclaban tambi\u00e9n con tomate fresco. Otro punto que facilita la receta: no hay que hacer salsa. En mi caso, us\u00e9 tomates perita, pero pod\u00e9s usar cherrys, redondos, secos (previamente hidratados) o estos deliciosos <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/tomates-confitados\/\">tomatitos confitados<\/a>. Tambi\u00e9n pod\u00e9s no usar tomates y sumar otro vegetal (brocoli, repollitos de bruselas, esp\u00e1rragos).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/2-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3373\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/2-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/3-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3374\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/3-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>La pasta debe cocerse al dente primero y despu\u00e9s, disponerse en una fuente para horno con un poco de aceite y en capas con los otros ingredientes (en este caso: pasta, tomate y muzzarella vegana).<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: inherit\">La idea es que la muzzarella protagonice la \u00faltima capa para que gratine bien en el horno. Cuanta m\u00e1s muzzarella se use, m\u00e1s compacta quedar\u00e1 la &#8220;falsa lasa\u00f1a&#8221;. En mi caso, quise rendir homenaje a esa receta que Sabri cocin\u00f3 por primera vez y me gust\u00f3 servirla un poco m\u00e1s desordenada.
