C\u00f3mo va?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoy te traemos la receta que estuvimos prometiendo esta semana en nuestra <a href=\"https:\/\/instagram.com\/holavegan\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">red social Instagram<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Te hablamos de la <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/?s=aquafaba\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">AQUAFABA<\/a> y sus magn\u00edficos resultados y gracias&nbsp; a este ingrediente (que nos gusta llamar oro l\u00edquido) pudimos lograr que este postre quede tan o m\u00e1s rico que los que probaste con ingredientes animales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En lo personal, mi marido es un fan\u00e1tico del <em>lemon pie<\/em>. Es su postre favorito y, desde que soy vegana, no se lo he vuelto a preparar, hasta hoy!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Te puedo asegurar que se chup\u00f3 los dedos, qued\u00f3 &#8220;anonadado&#8221; con el resultado, sinceramente no imaginaba que pod\u00eda llegar a ser tan tan rico, o no me ten\u00eda fe!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Lemon_pie_int3.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"8624\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Lemon_pie_int3.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8624\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Lemon_pie_int2.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"8623\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Lemon_pie_int2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8623\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">revelando los secretos<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Bueno, para empezar, te cuento que la masa lleva 3 ingredientes: Harina, az\u00facar y margarina.<br \/>Pod\u00e9s reemplazar la harina leudante por harina integral, si es as\u00ed, recomiendo que sea org\u00e1nica y le agregues una cucharadita de polvo de hornear, el az\u00facar puede ser glass (impalpable), yo us\u00e9 org\u00e1nico y si no quer\u00e9s usar margarina podes reemplazarla por aceite de coco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El relleno es muy simple, si segu\u00eds al pie de la letra las instrucciones es imposible que no te quede bien. En cuanto a la leche vegetal, pod\u00e9s usar <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/leche-de-almendras\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">de almendras<\/a>, o <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/leche-de-soja\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">de soja<\/a> tambi\u00e9n,&nbsp; pero yo te recomiendo que te tomes &#8216;5 minutos m\u00e1s y hagas <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/leche-de-avena\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">la de avena<\/a> porque como resultado ver\u00e1s un relleno m\u00e1s suave y cremoso.<br \/>A m\u00ed me gusta usar lima, adem\u00e1s del lim\u00f3n, pero si no consegu\u00eds no pasa nada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por \u00faltimo hablemos del merengue: Lo prepar\u00e9 con el agua de cocci\u00f3n de las alubias blancas que us\u00e9 para <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/locro\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">el locro<\/a>. Lo que hice fue reducir la cantidad para que se vuelva un poco m\u00e1s espesa. Si no consegu\u00eds cremor t\u00e1rtaro no te olvides de agregarle lim\u00f3n o vinagre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bueno, no tengo m\u00e1s que decir que espero te animes a prepararlo y que te guste tartera y llevar a horno precalentado 180 \u00b0C hasta que est\u00e9 dorada. (10&#8242; a 15&#8242; aproximadamente).<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold\">Para el relleno<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3471-step-1-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Colocar en una cacerola o jarrito la mitad de la leche (200 ml) llevar al fuego.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3471-step-1-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Aparte, en un bol colocar la harina de arroz y el agua y mezclar hasta que espese.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3471-step-1-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Agregar el resto de la leche, el jugo de lima y lim\u00f3n,\u00a0 la ralladura de lim\u00f3n, el az\u00facar impalpable y la f\u00e9cula de ma\u00edz.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3471-step-1-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Cuando rompe hervor la leche que llevamos al fuego, bajar a m\u00ednimo y agregarle la mezcla. Batir con batidor de alambre hasta que espese.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3471-step-1-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Agregar la cucharadita de aceite de coco y la pizca de c\u00farcuma.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3471-step-1-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Llevar a la heladera para enfriar.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold\">Para la cobertura<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3471-step-2-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Calentar la aquafaba en una cacerola y dejar que se reduzca hasta 100 ml.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3471-step-2-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Dejar enfriar.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3471-step-2-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Colocar en un bol junto con el cremor t\u00e1rtaro y batir con batidora hasta que forme picos.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3471-step-2-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Agregar la goma xantana y el az\u00facar impalpable en forma de lluvia sin dejar de batir.<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold\">Para el armado<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3471-step-3-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Sacar la base del molde y rellenar con la crema de lim\u00f3n.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3471-step-3-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Cubrir con el merengue y decorar con ralladura de lima o lim\u00f3n.
