No es nada complicado, simplemente hay que dejarlo una hora (o m\u00e1s, si pod\u00e9s) con algo pesado encima para que pierda parte de su agua.<br \/>\nSi no ten\u00e9s una prensa, pod\u00e9s usar 2 tablas de picar, pod\u00e9s usar libros encima para que le hagan peso, una olla pesada, lo que se te ocurra que lo apriete para quitarle el exceso de l\u00edquido.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez hecho esto, simplemente lo pis\u00e1s con tenedor\u00a0 o lo deshac\u00e9s con tus manos, le mezcl\u00e1s todos los condimentos y lo salte\u00e1s unos minutos en una sart\u00e9n con aceite de oliva. Listo! Eso es todo!<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3415\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/scrambled-tofu02.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/p>\n<p>En esta receta te paso los condimentos que us\u00e9 yo, pero sentite libre de usar los que m\u00e1s te gusten. Tambi\u00e9n pod\u00e9s hacer <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/scrambled-tofu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">esta otra versi\u00f3n<\/a> o mezclar ambas.<\/p>\n<p>Yo lo acompa\u00f1\u00e9 con una ensalada de hojas frescas, tomate, palta y calabaza asada, con vinagreta de lim\u00f3n y aceite de oliva, sal y pimienta. Ah!
