Nuestra mam\u00e1, cuando \u00e9ramos chicas, siempre hac\u00eda litros de un delicioso caldo dorado que divid\u00eda en recipientes herm\u00e9ticos y conservaba en el<em> freezer<\/em> para tener a mano cuando se lo necesitara. Ese mismo caldo de verduras es el que les ense\u00f1amos en <a href=\"https:\/\/tienda.holavegan.com\/libro\/libro-comida-tipica-argentina-vegana-super-nueva-bolsa-de-tela-y-senalador-de-regalo\/\"><strong>Comida T\u00edpica Argentina Vegana<\/strong><\/a>, junto con el suculento puchero.<\/p>\n<p>Mi problema actual es que mi <em>freezer<\/em> no es tan grande, por eso, busqu\u00e9 una alternativa para hacer ese caldo, pero concentrado, para que no ocupe m\u00e1s espacio que una cubetera o frasco. Ustedes se preguntar\u00e1n \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 hacer algo que puedo comprar hecho, cierto? Bueno, la respuesta es simple: porque de este modo s\u00e9 los ingredientes de lo que estoy comiendo.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/7.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3424\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/7.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Los caldos comerciales DE VERDURA suelen tener muy poca verdura -en su mayor\u00eda deshidratadas- apenas un 7,5 %!!! Tienen, en cambio, mucha sal, grasas y aceite de vegetales (entre estos, grasa de palma totalmente hidrogenada), potenciadores del sabor (<strong>glutamato monos\u00f3dico, inosinato y guanilato dis\u00f3dicos<\/strong>), extracto de levadura, almid\u00f3n de papa, az\u00facar, especias y jarabe de caramelo. El que yo hice tiene SOLO DOS INGREDIENTES: verduras frescas y sal.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/6.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3423\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/6.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Este caldo concentrado, adem\u00e1s de para preparar sopa de fideos, puede usarse para hacer <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/vegan-risotto\/\">risotto<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/churrasquitos-de-seitan\/\">seit\u00e1n<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/locro\/\">locro<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/guiso-de-lentejas-express\/\">guiso de lentejas<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/paella-vegana\/\">paella<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/sopa-cremosa-de-arvejas\/\">sopa crema<\/a> y m\u00e1s. Mi recomendaci\u00f3n: mezclando 1 cucharadita en una taza de agua fr\u00eda, obten\u00e9s una excelente colaci\u00f3n: sana, r\u00e1pida y riqu\u00edsima!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3419\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h5>Para la receta es importante que sepas que:<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Pod\u00e9s usar CUALQUIER VERDURA! Cuanto m\u00e1s variadas, mejor. Yo us\u00e9 cebolla com\u00fan, verdeo, puerro, br\u00f3coli, calabaza (zapallo anco), zanahoria, zapallito y perejil. Lo importante es pesar la cantidad de verdura que pon\u00e9s, porque en funci\u00f3n de eso, agregaremos la sal.<\/li>\n<li>Otro dato no menor, es que las verduras de hoja, no se agregan al mismo tiempo que el resto.<\/li>\n<li>La proporci\u00f3n verdura\/sal recomendada es por cada 1\/2 kilo de verdura, 100 gr de sal, pero yo soy terca y puse 1.3 kilos de verdura y 200 gr de sal y sali\u00f3 b\u00e1rbaro.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/5.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3422\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/5.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/4.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3421\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/4.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Para conservarlo, prob\u00e9 colocarlo en cubeteras para que cada cubito me sirviera para 2 o 3 platos de sopa. El tema es que, con tanta sal, no se termina de congelar, as\u00ed que tranquilamente pod\u00e9s guardarlo en un frasco o recipiente pl\u00e1stico e ir sacando lo que vayas a usar.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/3.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3420\"
