Es que es s\u00faper f\u00e1cil de preparar, no requiere mucho tiempo, ni destrezas, ni utensilios y, la verdad, la verdad, queda siempre bien.<\/p>\n<p>Lo que hicimos esta vez fue simplemente, buscar el mejor modo para prepararlos sin gluten. Y aqu\u00ed les debo confesar que, el primer intento result\u00f3 en un masacote incomible!!! Porque cocinar sin gluten requiere ciertos conocimientos, no es tan simple como reemplazar una harina por otra, as\u00ed que lo m\u00edo fue prueba y error. Por suerte, el segundo intento, me sorprendi\u00f3 para bien! As\u00ed que ac\u00e1 se los comparto.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/4-1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3431\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/4-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h5>Les cuento c\u00f3mo reemplac\u00e9 los ingredientes:<\/h5>\n<p><strong>HARINA:<\/strong> Cambi\u00e9 harina de trigo blanca por mitad harina de arroz integral y mitad harina de almendras. Y agregu\u00e9 una cucharadita de goma xantana -adem\u00e1s de polvo de hornear sin T.A.C.C.-. La harina de arroz, la pod\u00e9s reemplazar por f\u00e9cula de ma\u00edz o por harina de qu\u00ednoa. La harina de almendras la pod\u00e9s reemplazar por el bagazo de <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/leche-de-almendras\/\">la leche de almendras<\/a> o por el bagazo de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?time_continue=4&amp;v=s19CNVkjdtw\">muzzarella de man\u00ed<\/a> o por harina de alg\u00fan otro fruto seco.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ACEITE:<\/strong> Al igual que en la receta anterior, us\u00e9 aceite de coco l\u00edquido, pero pod\u00e9s reemplazarlo por un aceite neutro (girasol, ma\u00edz) o por aceite de oliva suave.<\/p>\n<p><strong>AGUA:<\/strong> En la otra receta, la usamos hirviendo, pero ac\u00e1 la puse a temperatura ambiente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SAL:<\/strong> Esto ya lo aclaramos, pero el objetivo es hacer una masa salada que contrasta con el az\u00facar de arriba, por eso se llaman agridulces. Yo us\u00e9 sal marina.<\/p>\n<p><strong>AZUCAR:<\/strong> Us\u00e9 az\u00facar rubio y org\u00e1nico, como en la receta con gluten, pero tambi\u00e9n agregu\u00e9 un poquit\u00edn de mascabo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>EXTRA:<\/strong> Adem\u00e1s de la goma xantana para &#8220;aglutinar&#8221;, agregu\u00e9 una cucharada de sirope de arce (puede reemplazarse por cualquier sirope o miel de class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Aparte, derretir el aceite de coco y mezclarlo con el agua.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3462-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Incorporar el l\u00edquido al bol de s\u00f3lidos, agregar la cucharada de sirope y mezclar con esp\u00e1tula de goma hasta formar una masa.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3462-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Preparar un papel o placa de silicona para horno, colocar la masa y estirarla con palote del grosor deseado.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3462-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Pincelar con un poco de agua la superficie de la masa y espolvorear el az\u00facar mezclado con la harina para la cubierta.
