Es s\u00faper f\u00e1cil de hacer, no ten\u00e9s que esperar a que madure ya que se disfruta en el momento. Es delicioso y muy saludable!<br \/>\nLa base de este queso son los lupines (altramuces, chochos o como los llamen en donde te encuentres)<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esta maravillosa legumbre es 38% prote\u00edna, es bajo en grasas y carbohidratos, es rico en fibra, vitaminas del complejo B y minerales esenciales. Tienen 3 veces m\u00e1s hierro que el kale! Contiene antioxidantes, regulan los niveles de colesterol, act\u00faan como antiinflamatorio y contribuyen a prevenir enfermedades cardiovasculares. QUE TUL?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">TODO UN SUPER FOOD<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3775\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/queso-gruyere-5.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este queso, es delicioso as\u00ed solo, se puede rallar, para comer sobre unas pastas. Se puede fetear para usarlo en tu sandwich favorito. Se puede cortar para agregarlo a una ensalada. Como pod\u00e9s ver, es s\u00faper vers\u00e1til.<\/span><\/p>\n<h1>C\u00f3mo se cocinan los lupines?<\/h1>\n<p>Te recomiendo usar los que vienen en conserva. Si no los consegu\u00eds, los ten\u00e9s que cocinar siguiendo las siguientes instrucciones:<\/p>\n<p>Antes de empezar a cocinar hay que poner los lupines secos en remojo\u00a0para que se hidraten con agua fr\u00edadurante 24 horas. El agua debe de cubrirlos bastante ya que aumentar\u00e1n de tama\u00f1o. Si durante ese tiempo ves que lo necesitan agreg\u00e1 m\u00e1s agua.<\/p>\n<p>El agua que se usa para el remojo se debe desechar, y poner la legumbre ya hidratada y escurrida en una olla. Luego, hay que cubrir con agua fr\u00eda, agregar una cucharada de sal y poner a calentar. Cuando el agua rompa a hervir hay que dejarlos cocinar unos veinte minutos, hasta que queden tiernos.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez que est\u00e9n cocidos hay que colarlos y ponerlos en un recipiente con nueva agua con sal. Durante una semana hay que cambiar el agua por la ma\u00f1ana y por la noche para que pierdan el sabor amargo. Esto es muy importante ya que los lupines tienen un alcaloide, que es el que le da el amargor y debe perderlo.<\/p>\n<div class=\"code-block code-block-5\" data-ai=\"WzUsMCwiQU5VTkNJTyBBTVAgMiAiLCIiXQ==\">\n<div>Despu\u00e9s de estar una semana cambiando el agua dos veces al d\u00eda est\u00e1n listos para consumir.
