Esta receta tiene vegetales espec\u00edficos, pero no se aten a lo que dice la receta, lo bueno de estas comidas es que las pod\u00e9s preparar con lo que sea que haya en tu heladera.  A mi me gusta comprar diferentes currys, para quienes no saben qu\u00e9 es, el curry es una mezcla de especias muy utilizada en la cocina oriental y del sudeste asi\u00e1tico. Sus ingredientes var\u00edan seg\u00fan el tipo de curry, muchos incluyen\u00a0cilantro, c\u00farcuma y comino.\u00a0Algunos tambi\u00e9n tienen cardamomo, jengibre, nuez moscada, pimienta, clavo y semillas de mostaza. En general, su aspecto es un polvo de color amarillo muy fuerte y tiene un perfume muy caracter\u00edstico.    Hay que tener cuidado con la cantidad, porque algunos suelen ser un poco picantes, a mi me encanta el picante, pero siempre trato de usarlo moderadamente por si alguno de los invitados a mi mesa no come picante, entonces, se puede poner en la mesa para que el que quiere que pique un poco le agregue m\u00e1s.    La caracter\u00edstica m\u00e1s importante de los guisos de curry es la leche de coco, es lo que despu\u00e9s se convierte en esa salsita tan sabrosa que va a envolver a todos los vegetales. Lo ideal es acompa\u00f1ar este plato con un arroz blanco sin nada, ni siquiera sal, porque el curry est\u00e1 tan lleno de sabores que est\u00e1 bueno que el acompa\u00f1amiento sea neutro. Yo uso siempre arroz Basmati, es un arroz muy arom\u00e1tico, de grano largo y fino, que queda espectacular.
