El libro es muy hermoso y muy inspirador. Hoy decid\u00ed estrenarlo con una de las recetas, pero como siempre, yo no las hago tal cual, a mi me gusta mucho ver recetas, pero luego las modifico, les pongo mi toque, les quito o agrego cosas. Muchas veces, las recetas que veo son disparadores o animadores a testear combinaciones de sabores poco comunes. Este es el caso de estas cookies que llevan&#8230; CHA CHA CHAAAAAAA CHAAAAAAAAAAN CHA CHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN: ROMERO! Romero dice? Romero en una preparaci\u00f3n dulce? OH SI! Debo admitir que no es la primera vez que pruebo la combineta de romero+chocolate. Hace unos meses, cuando a\u00fan no era vegana, com\u00ed un helado de chocolate amargo con romero que me vol\u00f3 la cabeza, lo juro. Hab\u00eda o\u00eddo muchas veces que el romero va bien con el chocolate, incluso con los c\u00edtricos, pero nunca me le hab\u00eda animado. Por eso quiero animarlos a ustedes! Si bien, el sabor del romero es muy invasivo, en esta preparaci\u00f3n usamos apenas unas hojitas, para que el sabor sea muy sutil. El resultado es una galletita crujiente, con un dejo a romero y con chips de chocolate semiamargo que explotan en tu boca haci\u00e9ndote muy feliz. decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">En otro bol poner la leche y las semillas de lino molidas, mezclar y dejar que se \"activen\" (que formen una gelatina que reemplazar\u00e1 al huevo) *Esto se logra m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido si el l\u00edquido est\u00e1 tibio.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4027-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Agregar la mezcla de az\u00facar al bol de harina.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4027-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Agregar la mezcla de leche y lino al resto y formar la masa.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4027-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Debe quedar una masa h\u00fameda, pero que se puede manipular con las manos.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4027-step-0-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Formar 12 bolas del mismo tama\u00f1o y disponer en una placa con papel de horno o l\u00e1mina de silicona, ubicarlas separaditas.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4027-step-0-7\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Con la palma de la mano aplastar las bolas hasta formar la galleta, debe quedar de 1\/2 cent\u00edmetro de alto, aproximadamente, ni muy finitas, ni muy gorditas.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4027-step-0-8\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"
