Si, as\u00ed es, porque la base est\u00e1 hecha con harina de coco y harina de almendras, as\u00ed que no hay que cocinarla. Es fresca y deliciosa, va bien como postre pero tambi\u00e9n como desayuno y merienda. Le pod\u00e9s poner las frutas que tengas y tambi\u00e9n pod\u00e9s hacer la &#8220;falsa ricota&#8221; que lleva esta receta y tenerla lista para usarla cuando quieras. Tambi\u00e9n pod\u00e9s rellenarla con chocolate, manteca de man\u00ed, yogur de soja, crema de coco, frutas secas, frescas, disecadas y lo que se te ocurra. En este caso yo us\u00e9 mango y frutilla que es una combinaci\u00f3n que me encanta, porque lo \u00e1cido de la frutilla va s\u00faper bien con lo dulce del mango. A no desesperar si no consegu\u00eds harina de coco, la pod\u00e9s hacer procesando copos de coco o coco rallado hasta que quede como un polvo grueso. Lo mismo con las almendras! No necesitamos la perfecci\u00f3n, simplemente tost\u00e1s un poco las almendras para quitarles humedad y las proces\u00e1s. Esta tarta es muy saludable, ya que no contiene gluten, ni az\u00facar refinada.
