{"id":437,"date":"2014-04-23T21:35:46","date_gmt":"2014-04-23T19:35:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/holavegan.theblogpress.com\/?p=437"},"modified":"2026-04-12T14:04:13","modified_gmt":"2026-04-12T17:04:13","slug":"alacena-parte","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/holavegan.com\/en\/alacena-parte\/","title":{"rendered":"Alacena parte I"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-441\" alt=\"Alacena Vegana\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/alacena.jpg\" width=\"680\" height=\"453\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Hace rato que quiero hacer una lista de los MUST en una alacena, seas vegano o no, muchos de estos alimentos te ayudar\u00e1n a preparar comidas en minutos.<br \/>\nNo dejo de escuchar por todas partes que la gente NO TIENE TIEMPO para cocinar, quiero romper ese mito, quiero decirles que, si bien en muchos casos hace falta tiempo, hay miles de millones de platos r\u00e1pidos para los que solo hace falta saber organizar la alacena, la heladera y el freezer.<br \/>\nHay cosas que podemos tener prearmadas, freezadas, listas para usar, y eso lo podemos ir haciendo en alg\u00fan ratito del fin de semana, como las compras.<br \/>\nEmpecemos por la Alacena:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pastas secas<\/strong><br \/>\nTener buenas pastas secas siempre nos sacar\u00e1 del apuro, compr\u00e1 variedad, unas largas tipo Spaghetti o Linguine, unas cortas tipo Penne o Fussili. Si sos vegano le\u00e9 los ingredientes y compr\u00e1 las que son sin huevo.<br \/>\nTrat\u00e1 de variar en el tipo de cereal, por ejemplo, yo siempre tengo algunas de trigo duro, otras de arroz, tambi\u00e9n compro de espelta y hasta de ma\u00edz!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Arroces\/Quinoa\/Trigo Burgol<\/strong><br \/>\nSiempre tengo diferentes tipos de arroz, un Basmati y un Carnaroli (El primero lo uso para acompa\u00f1ar un salteado de vegetales, el segundo, para un risotto) tambi\u00e9n tengo arroces integrales y salvajes (\u00e9stos demoran un poco m\u00e1s en cocinarse, pero contienen m\u00e1s fibra)<br \/>\nLa qu\u00ednoa no falta en mi alacena, se lava con abundante agua y se pone en agua ya hirviendo (que caliento con la pava el\u00e9ctrica) en menos de 7 minutos est\u00e1 lista.<br \/>\nEl trigo burgol se cocina en segundos, queda muy bien en ensaladas, para hacerlas m\u00e1s llenadoras.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Legumbres secas<\/strong><br \/>\nInfaltables en mi alacena, tengo diferentes tipos de lentejas, muchas de ellas no necesitan remojo y se cocinan en pocos minutos.<br \/>\nTambi\u00e9n tengo distintos porotos, blancos, mung, aduki, garbanzos, etc. Estos llevan muchas horas de remojo, as\u00ed que por las dudas me agarre un ataque de ganas de hummus, tengo tambi\u00e9n frascos de garbanzos ya listos.<br \/>\nLas legumbres son el gran aporte de prote\u00edna de los veganos, es importante consumirlas y probarlas de diferentes formas, sopas, guisos, salteados, ensaladas, hamburguesas y m\u00e1s!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Frutas secas\/Semillas<\/strong><br \/>\nYa sea como snack o para cocinar, siempre tengo en mi alacena frutas secas crudas y sin sal.<br \/>\nLas semillas le dan un toque crocante y delicioso a sopas y ensaladas, pero tambi\u00e9n son indispensables a la hora de cocinar sin huevos. Ten\u00e9 siempre a mano semillas de lino y de ch\u00eda para cocinar y semillas de zapallo, girasol y s\u00e9samo para darle un toque a tus platos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Harinas\/Avena\/Polvo de hornear\/Levadura seca<\/strong><br \/>\nBueno, \u00a0a mi me encanta amasar mi propio pan y poder prepararme un hotcake, muffin o cookies cada vez que me agarra antojo. Por eso nunca dejo de tener este tipo de productos en mi alacena.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aceites\/Sales\/Condimentos<\/strong><br \/>\nA mi me gusta experimentar con diferentes aceites, tengo distintos tipos de aceites de oliva, aceite de lino, aceite de coco y aceite de s\u00e9samo. No hace falta tanto para empezar, con tener un buen aceite de oliva y un aceite neutro (girasol, ma\u00edz) ya tenemos lo b\u00e1sico.<br \/>\nLo mismo con la sal, yo me compro sales distintas porque me encantan, pero creo que con una sal marina fina y otra sal marina gruesa est\u00e1 perfecto.<br \/>\nCondimentos, tiene que ver con lo que te gusta y el tipo de comida que te gusta preparar, los b\u00e1sicos para mi son:<br \/>\nPimienta en grano<br \/>\nPiment\u00f3n dulce<br \/>\nAlg\u00fan curry<br \/>\nAjo en polvo<br \/>\nRomero<br \/>\nLaurel<br \/>\nComino<br \/>\nCanela<br \/>\nSalsa de soja<br \/>\nAceto Bals\u00e1mico<br \/>\nSi te gusta el picante, no te puede faltar el Tabasco y si te gusta la mostaza, no te puede faltar un buen frasco de Dij\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Y a vos, qu\u00e9 te parece indispensable en la alacena?<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hace rato que quiero hacer una lista de los MUST en una alacena, seas vegano o no, muchos de estos alimentos te ayudar\u00e1n a preparar comidas en minutos.
