Si te gusta MUCHO el dulce de leche, esta torta tiene que ser tu preferida. Lleva muuucho dulce de leche pero, a pesar de eso, no es muy empalagosa, porque la masa es crocante y lleva muy poco az\u00facar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/5.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4485\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/5.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Es muy simple de hacer, solo requiere algo de paciencia para cocinar los discos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Y por \u00faltimo, lleva una cobertura de merengue. No te asustes!\u00a0 Ya lo hemos ense\u00f1ado en la receta de este <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/lemon-pie\/\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Lemon pie <\/span><\/i><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">y si lo probaste, sab\u00e9s que no falla!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/3-1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4483\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/3-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Para que te quede s\u00faper,\u00a0 te voy a dar estos 3 tips!<\/span><\/h5>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">En primer lugar, cuando est\u00e9s estirando la masa procur\u00e1 hacer la fuerza pareja en los bordes, para que no te queden m\u00e1s altos y as\u00ed todo el disco tenga el mismo espesor.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>En segundo lugar, una vez que cocin\u00e1s el disco de ambos lados en la sart\u00e9n, es FUNDAMENTAL que lo lleves al horno fuerte durante 4 o 5 minutos (depende del horno). Ojo! No queremos que se dore, simplemente que se crocante! Lo que yo hago es tener el horno encendido y mientras voy sellando los discos en la sart\u00e9n, los voy metiendo de a uno en la placa del horno. La juro que es m\u00e1s sencillo de lo que suena!<\/li>\n<li>Y por \u00faltimo, si bien muchas tortas Rogel llevan dulce de leche tradicional, yo te recomiendo que uses <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/dulce-de-leche-repostero\/\"><i>este dulce de leche repostero\u00a0 <\/i><\/a>o bien uno comprado. Por qu\u00e9? Porque los discos son crocantes y\u00a0 al cortar la torta el relleno se va a desbordar demasiado si el dulce no es firme.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><a block;\"><strong>Colocar en un bol la harina, el az\u00facar, la sal, el polvo para hornear e integrar.<\/strong><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4488-step-0-1\" aceite de coco, el agua y el extracto de vainilla y mezclar hasta integrar bien. Unir los ingredientes hasta formar una masa lisa. Estirar con el palo de amasar y darle forma de disco. Llevar los discos a una sart\u00e9n precalentada con el fuego moderado. Sellarlo de ambos lados. Colocar los discos en una placa para horno y terminar de cocinarlos por unos 4 o 5 minutos m\u00e1s con el horno al m\u00e1ximo.<\/strong><\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold\">Para la cobertura:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4488-step-1-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\"><strong>En un bol, colocar el aquafaba y la cucharadita de cremor t\u00e1rtaro.
