Pod\u00e9s armar un incre\u00edble plato de pastas en pocos minutos.  Trato de tener siempre buenas pastas en mi alacena y de diferentes tipos, cortas, largas, de trigo, de espelta, de ma\u00edz, de arroz y hasta de algas.  Tambi\u00e9n trato de tener siempre verduras frescas en la heladera, o algunos vegetales freezados, as\u00ed, si estoy en un apuro, tengo ingredientes con los cuales armar una salsa para acompa\u00f1ar mis pastas.  En este caso, arm\u00e9 esta salsa con hongos frescos y crema de avena (pod\u00e9s usar cualquier &#8220;crema&#8221; vegetal, de soja, de \u00a0arroz, de almendras) Si no ten\u00e9s, pod\u00e9s hacerla, el procedimiento es igual que para preparar leche de avena o de almendras, salvo que la proporci\u00f3n de agua es 1\/1 en lugar de 1\/3 (prometo postear pronto c\u00f3mo preparar leches y cremas)  Tambi\u00e9n pod\u00e9s reemplazarla por un poco de agua y almid\u00f3n de ma\u00edz, para darle un poco de cuerpo y sino, simplemente saltear los hongos y servirlos directo con la pasta.
