Este pan es delicioso y con lo que sale en el s\u00faper comprarse uno -que, adem\u00e1s de que en general no son veganos, tienen muchos conservantes y aditivos- ac\u00e1 se hacen al menos dos!<\/p>\n<p>Hacerlo es f\u00e1cil, no se necesitan demasiados utensilios ni habilidades culinarias.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/PAN1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4502\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/PAN1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h5>REEMPLAZOS:<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/leche-de-almendras\/\"><strong>Leche de almendras:<\/strong><\/a> yo us\u00e9 esa porque era la que ten\u00eda hecha, pero puede ser cualquier otra.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Harina 000:<\/strong> pueden hacerlo mezclando con harina integral, o todo integral. Tengan en cuenta que con harina integral, el pan leuda un poco menos.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aceite de oliva:<\/strong> puede sustituirse por aceite de ma\u00edz, mezcla, de coco o margarina derretida.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/PAN2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4503\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/PAN2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Aviso, porque quien avisa no traiciona, que ni bien se lo retira del horno tiene una pinta m\u00e1s bien seca, pero luego del reposo, la corteza se ablanda y queda tierno como el comprado.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e1ganlo! No se van a arrepentir! Y de paso, hagan tambi\u00e9n esta <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/manteca\/\">manteca<\/a> para untarle a alguna rodaja tostada&#8230; mmmmm!<\/p>\n<div Dejar descansar 10 minutos en el bol cubierto con un pa\u00f1o h\u00famedo y volver a amasar. Cubrir, dejar descansar 20 minutos y volver a amasar. Dejar reposar en un bol aceitado y cubierto con un pa\u00f1o h\u00famedo durante una hora o hasta que duplique su volumen.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4505-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Desgasificar la masa sobre la mesada enharinada con golpes de pu\u00f1o. Formar un rect\u00e1ngulo con ayuda de un palo de amasar.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4505-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Enrollar formando un cilindro bien presionado (como si fuera un pionono) y colocar en una budinera previamente aceitada y enharinada. Asegurarse de que el doblez del cilindro quede en la base del molde y no en la parte superior.
