Aprendimos mucho, nos divertimos, conocimos gente hermosa y degustamos los manjares que crea Nico. Entre muchas nuevas recetas incorporadas, la que te voy a compartir a continuaci\u00f3n, es una manera sencilla de hacer un quesito untable a partir de leche fermentada con k\u00e9fir.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/4.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4561\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/4.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Este queso untable lo prepar\u00e9 con el bagazo de la leche de nuez. Por qu\u00e9? Porque cuando hago leches vegetales trato siempre de preservar el bagazo y usarlo en alguna otra preparaci\u00f3n. Obvio que pod\u00e9s hacer este queso directamente con nueces activadas. Y tambi\u00e9n con cualquier otro fruto seco que te guste. Yo eleg\u00ed nueces porque su precio no es tan elevado como el de las almendras y las casta\u00f1as. Y porque realmente la leche de nueces sabe muy muy bien. Es tan rica que la he tomado sola, sin agregarle nada!<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/3.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4560\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Algo importante para destacar con respecto a la fermentaci\u00f3n es que, una vez que dejaste fermentar la leche y preparaste el queso, ya est\u00e1 APTO para comer.
