Porque queremos desmitificar esa creencia de que comer vegano &#8220;ES M\u00c1S CARO&#8221; WHAAAAAAAAT??? No solo los precios de la carne son altamente m\u00e1s elevados, sino que los recursos que se necesitan para producirla son mayores e incluso, el costo para el medio ambiente es mayor, principalmente a causa de los gases efecto invernadero, pero tambi\u00e9n por la deforestaci\u00f3n que se realiza con el fin de plantar granos para alimentar al ganado. No seamos giles!<\/p>\n<h5>A LAS CUENTAS ME REMITO<\/h5>\n<p>Para hacer estas empanadas de verdura, vas a necesitar:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 paquetes de espinaca, $ 50<\/li>\n<li>2 cebollas, $ 35<\/li>\n<li>1 diente de ajo, $ 3, aprox.<\/li>\n<li>200 g de semillas de girasol, m\u00e1s o menos sale $220 el kilo,\u00a0o sea que gastaremos $ 44<\/li>\n<li>Un poquito m\u00e1s de 300 g de harina de trigo com\u00fan, que cuesta $40 el kilo, o sea $ 15<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>TODO ESTO SUMA $147<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n necesitamos agua, sal y pimienta, aceite (yo us\u00e9 de oliva, pero pueden usar el com\u00fan) dos cucharaditas de jugo de lim\u00f3n, un chorrito de vinagre de manzana y levadura nutricional para la ricota, pero tranquilamente pueden prescindir si no tienen y va a quedar bien igual.<\/p>\n<p>Con esta receta te salen m\u00e1s o menos 1 docena y 1\/2 de empanadas y te sobra masa. \u00bfSab\u00e9s cu\u00e1nto salen las empanadas compradas en una de las pocas casas de empanadas no veganas con UNA opci\u00f3n vegana en Buenos Aires? La docena en PROMO $475, o sea que en una docena y media te gast\u00e1s m\u00e1s de 700.<\/p>\n<p>O sea que ac\u00e1, te est\u00e1s ahorrando unos 500 mangos.<\/p>\n<p>Y, soy honesta, la opci\u00f3n vegana est\u00e1 rellena de un pur\u00e9 de un mix de verduras picante y deja mucho que desear, adem\u00e1s de que la masa no es rica y la cantidad de relleno es POBRE.<\/p>\n<p>Lleva trabajo, s\u00ed. No les voy a mentir, hay que dedicarle. Pero suponte que no quer\u00e9s perder taaaanto tiempo en la cocina. Bueno, si compr\u00e1s las tapas -alguna opci\u00f3n vegana en el s\u00faper-. 12 tapas cuestan m\u00e1s o menos $50 o sea que para 18, habr\u00e1s gastado $75, igual te est\u00e1s ahorrando casi $500!!!<\/p>\n<p>Ojo que estos son los precios de ARGENTINA y de esta semana, nuestra econom\u00eda es tan inestable, que es necesaria la aclaraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/E2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4606\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/E2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de que vas a estar comiendo un plato nutritivo, sano y rico.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La espinaca es uno de los vegetales que m\u00e1s prote\u00ednas contiene. Es rica en fibras y es una excelente fuente natural de vitaminas y minerales. Dentro de estos se destacan el calcio, hierro, potasio, magnesio, manganeso y f\u00f3sforo.<\/li>\n<li>Las semillas de girasol son muy ricas en \u00e1cidos grasos que ayudan a reducir la s\u00edntesis del colesterol malo y aumentan la del bueno. Agregar sal para que suelten los jugos y cocinar hasta que est\u00e9n doraditas.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4610-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">En un recipiente, agregar la espinaca escurrida y la cebolla salteada, condimentar con pimienta y mixear hasta formar una pasta o pasar por la procesadora.<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold\">Para la ricota:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4610-step-1-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Colar las semillas de girasol y colocarlas en un recipiente con el resto de los ingredientes. Pasar el mixer hasta obtener una pasta.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4610-step-1-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Mezclar manualmente la ricota con la pasta de espinaca, hasta integrar bien. Rectificar los condimentos de ser necesario.<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold\">Para la masa:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4610-step-2-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Mezclar todos los ingredientes y amasar hasta obtener un bollo liso y tierno. Tapar con film y llevar a la heladera por lo menos durante 1 hora.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4610-step-2-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Armar un tubo, cortar porciones y estirar cada disco con palo de amasar, agregando harina para que no se pegue en la mesada, hasta darle la forma deseada.<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold\">Para el armado:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4610-step-3-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Colocar una cucharada de relleno en la tapa, sellar los bordes humedeciendo con el dedo mojado uno de ellos.
